There's a bit of a disconnect between the content in your first post and the context of the thread. That post comes off as a defense of Jon's beliefs and behavior without the clarification in this post.

I really hope this is some kind of wake up call, but the same ignorance and hate that radicalised him will now be smothering him in support telling him he was right, and I think falling back into the bosom of acceptance is a far more likely outcome than the pain of self-awareness and betterment.

These are the kinds of people we're dealing with. People who've been made true believers without even knowing it. And as part of that radicalisation is the utter denial of validity of the SJW PC left, and as the left are the ones trying to educate people like this, most attempts at education are going to fail.

We need to stand up to it every chance we get. Protest, inform, deny, and we /will/ make progress, but unfortunately I don't think JonTron's going to feel the negative weight of his words.

If every nation or cultures practice this " my country and their values first! " rhetorics as hard as the a significant of US citizens are showing in this current climate,

You will lose your position as no.1 in the world immediately. They would reject everything not made from their country. The reason US is so successful is because their products, cultures and values are embrace by others in an open-minded multicultural society.

How would your multinational companies compete if they are not gunning for the brightest employees around the world?

"Buy America", "America values" and "Made in America" are just misguided nationalism that will spark retaliation from others.

That's a pretty common racist defense.

Back in the slavery days they used to justify all their atrocities by pretending black people were not entirely human so they couldn't possibly have human rights.

It's just a cover to try and bring something rational (or at least sounds rational to stupid people) to their completely irrational hatred.

I'm a little mindblown at some of the things he said in the OP. It's always a shock to find out that someone you watch on youtube turns out to be a complete scumbag. It's a shame.

I don't remember all of them but South Africa and Zimbabwe were definitely two. South Africa was actually the first which made me think he wasn't actually gonna make it

He really talks out of his ass with zero actual data and keeps comparing Europe to America, I couldn't stop laughing and cringing all through the video. Then in the end I felt sad because there are probably a lot of people like him with no idea what's going around them.

Destiny doesn't want his face to be the spearhead that took down a big streamer. He doesn't expose people like an h3h3. I can respect that.

However, Destiny should and will be forced to also respect that people will see the absolute lack of remorse over vile shit and look to boycott and/or pressure sponsors to cut ties with JonTron.

Not me. Unapologetic Racists don't deserve to make money on the backs of sponsors like this. They don't deserve anything. I hope he loses all sponsers and runs out of money and has to live with his sad existence knowing it has destroyed his life for the rest of his days.
