It probably won't pull in bigger ratings until the sweet 16 or too 8. The early rounds, people don't care that much.
The general consensus is that anything below a 1.0 is bad for ABC, CBS, FOX, & NBC.

I've seen every episode. I don't want to take food out of these guys mouths, but the show would have been perfect if it ended with the Season 5 finale.
Not just that. The people who are following March Madness aren't just watching the game on CBS. They're watching it on the 5 other or so sister cable networks that are broadcasting other matchups simultaneously.

My mouth was just agape at the entire thing. How did anyone okay this? Any of this?
This is not even touching on the myriad of problems which plagues the first episode.
Any defence of this show is just beyond me, it's garbage. Not bland, not meh. Garbage.

Putting a mask on his face solves this.
If that wasn't enough the show makes sure that the pursuer gets really close to Danny and at that point he has to be blind or have some other deficiency to not be able to spot him.
To cap it all off Danny escapes for a bit and then ambushes the pursuer by jumping down behind him (still wearing the mask), at which point the pursuer instinctively knows who he is.

The same man is responsible for that gif and Iron Fist so I'm not surprised something that stupid made its way in.
Looking forward to hate watching Iron Fist like I did with the back half of Dexter.

Sounds like the sensible choice. I'll watch almost anything superhero and I'm steering completely clear of Iron Fist. The reviews were simply too damn bad.

So the new Anne is very... British looking. Lots of natural lighting that doesn't turn PEI into scenery porn, Anne is not a cartoon (which is funny given that the Anne I probably remember most, outside of the novels, is the anime version), although in a modern context she feels like a manic pixie dream girl that would grow up to be Jess in New Girl, and just the over all tone of it feels fairly subdued.

Everyone else on the island is extremely dry while Anne is so talkative and expressive. I found it instantly charming though, the contrast works really well. Almost every scene where Anne talks to someone for the first time had me cracking up. I live close enough to the Canadian border to get City TV and CBC, so I either have to watch this live or wait for Netflix.
What are the plans for this show? Is it a limited series or are they going to make more cause of the Netflix deal?

Yeah, it's fine. It's funny because this is CBC's third major drama series this year (it makes me wonder where all this money for shows came from).
I have no idea what plans they have, but I have to assume that they'd keep it going for as long as it makes sense. I don't think anyone has ever adapted all 8 books anyway, so they can keep going for longer than Game of Thrones if they wanted to. lol
