Oh they didn't even tow the party line when they weren't in power. They've never been able to be controlled by the GOP. You just didn't see that as much cause when the GOP was out of power they were all kind of powerless.

Bannon is likely enraged this didn't go to vote right now. It probably looked like a win-win to him yesterday. Ryan getting to save face is actually a lose for him.

Thinking on it, I wonder if the suggestion that Bannon would put together a 'list' based on the result of the vote influenced Ryan's decision here. By not having the vote altogether, the party avoids individual representatives being targeted by the President.

So republicans statistically spend every two months since 2010 spending tax payer money voting to repeal Obamacare, finally get a republican president and control of alllll of the fucking government, and after attempting to repeal, cant get it done because they don't actually have a viable replacement to hand that wont fuck over tens of millions of Americans, as well as all of their careers?
