Yes Tyrese, there are promiscuous women who are essentially willing to exchange their body for purses, cars, and trips on private planes.

My question is, why is he differentiating those women from single women? Those women he mentioned in the video are in fact single, they're just sleeping around.

He should have framed it as "promiscuous women vs women who aren't." But then again, if you're being safe, there's no harm in you being promiscuous. Do what you want to do with your body, just use protection.
