This is what I'm afraid of lol. I went ahead and pre-ordered finally. I just gotta think to myself, 3 more Tuesdays and we'll have it in our hands! I'm just hoping I get the game on Monday, a day early haha.

That's why I went digital well that and the fact that ever since Amazon has had the 20% off deal they've delayed every game pre order I've had.
That is awesome.
I'm not usually a big robot/cyborg fan, but had the Super Powers figure with that design as a kid, and it was all shiny metal looking and super cool, plus skeletons are rad, so I have a soft spot for it.

I'm hoping he'll be able to summon a drone, either as part of his base moveset, or via custom special moves. Given his drones received considerable focus in the latest trailer, it'd be a shame not to be able to utilise them in combat.
if you dont get it early, will you avoid spoilers?... because the UAE gets it early and stream on twitch.
They did for MKX and twitch was blocking streams all day Monday. LOL

EB Games Australia typically ship a couple of days before, to ensure it arrives on launch day. I've opted for express shipping. If I'm lucky I might just have it Monday, likely Tuesday at the latest.
Has there been talk of a pre-load? I absolutely prefer having a digital copy for something like this, but there's a $20 difference between physical and digital here.
Nothing official for PS4 I've seen, but Xbox has a pre-load so I'm sure there will be a PS4 pre-load as well.

Same here. Convergence was mediocre. But Brainiac's design is one of my favorites alongside DCAU and the the android version of him with the exposed brain. His design in Convergence looks right up NRS's alley so I'd be a bit disappointed if it doesn't make an appearance.
This is the android one I'm talking about. So edgy. Though not quite as edgy as Convergence.
Superman is still a little spotty for me. That shot when he's talking to Brainiac looks great, but the other one where he's getting attacked by Brainiac's laser (1:09) looks a little derp.
I think it might be because he's uncomfortably clean shaven. A little stubble wouldn't hurt.

Definitely. I'll be disappointed with you if it doesn't make some kind of appearance. Brainiac has so many incredibly distinct designs. I can't wait to see what NRS has to offer us.
Which Rebirth book did the android-like design appear in? I noticed he references the Green Lantern Corps, is it part of Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps?

Only thing that bothers me a little, for all the superior genes Superman got, it still doesn't save him from early hereditary hair loss. :/ I think it is a little overdone on his model.
The new Trailer looks awesome though. I'm really pumped for the game release in less than a month now.

Yes. If the patch comes out within the few days between download and release date he. You can still update it as per usual.
Could be what was genetically superior to Kryptonians. Receding hairline was probably considered a preferred male trait and incredibly sexy. We're humans, what do we know?

That explains it. I've fallen behind with Hal Jordan and I wasn't expecting Brainiac to make an appearance. I definitely need to catch up, that one panel alone has piqued my interest.

How would it be a premium skin ? Premium skin change voice acting and model.
There's nothing to change on that Superman if you can't get the actor to voice him and motion capture since he is already extremely close to Cavill. Keep in mind their Superman looked virtually nothing like that at first. So that was a conscious decision.
If you meant a premium skin for the suit, that doesn't make much sense since it would be gear related.
All we know is that the Reverse-Flash, Power Girl, and John Stewart skins change the characters' voices. That doesn't mean every premiere skin has to.
I think there's a good chance the movie stuff will be skins. Gear implies that the parts are interchangeable, and that may or may not be okay.
They modelled Injustice Superman close to Henry Cavill (but not quite) for the simple reason that Cavill is the face of Superman at the moment, but they also want to avoid paying up millions to actually have him in the game. Which I think is clever and economical .

That was a really solid arc, there's a nice little twist to Brainiac showing up.

Yeah except it would take people far longer to get whole set pieces and it would encourage them to mix and match.
They won't sell gear directly (they might sell "TV / Movies" crates tho).
If people can just buy whatever they want instantly it kind of defeat the entire purpose.
Like personally, let me get man of steel superman costume day 1 and I wouldn't care much for gear. That'd be shooting themselves in the foot IMO. Instead of making me work for it and unlock new gear pieces that fit what I want.

The premier skins still use gear, but the gear doesn't show up visually, right? Gear is still used on premier skins to augment stats, etc?
I'm assuming they have the exact same gear as their original counterpart, safe for the "logos" and "specific gear" . Haven't read that anywhere.
Yeah, that's our first time seeing Brainiac's Skull Ship in-game. We've seen snippets of the Fortress of Solitude in other trailers, but nothing this revealing.
So likely just one more left? Joker's Funhouse per the mobile game images?

Finally got around watching the Poison Ivy trailer. I see at least a few moves from Killer Frost in there, including the victory animation with the summoned throne. Yeah, poor Frost will never come back.
