I feel like giantbomb just tries too hard to be indifferent about huge announcements. They seem to be more interested in fuckups/goof ups so they can have a good laugh. They want personalities to show up on stage and present stuff instead of back to back game trailers and hence they were one of the very few that were underwhelmed by Sony conference last year.

I listen to their podcasts all the time and they seem fine in those.
 
Giant Bomb aren't cynical at all, they just know a lot of what's coming because most have them done this stuff for a while and are pretty good at calling what's coming. Listen to their after shows at E3, they're always pretty excited about stuff they see at the show, and definitely aren't cynical about everything.

I agree, they get pretty excited, but when they play the game and not when they get a gameplay trailer.

Yeah, most of the Giant Bomb staff have 10+ E3s under their belt too. Kinda hard to get overly excited for stuff after doing it for a decade.
 
I don't even think it is about being really excited or being like EZA. I just don't want to watch people scowl through an entire conference. If that is from years of E3s, okay. I don't want to see it though.

Like sony Japan is working on three Titles one of them is collaboration with Form software and that DMC5 is real but will not be reaveal this E3 cause capcom has one other game to reveal for Sony Platform.

Lol, this is such a disingenuous argument. Giant Bomb (and, truly, just about everyone working in games media) has a passion for the medium, for games as a whole. I just like people who don't shoutcast and performatively freak the fuck out over trailers and corporate presentations. Now, that's not the only thing EZA does, but it truly seems like their m.o. during E3 conferences.

I don't even hate everything they do. I just find their style of conference coverage to be grating.

So you don't like EZAs passion pretty much. It's as simple as that.

They don't "freak out" just because they display their passion a bit differently than you like.

To each his own. I much prefer people who show some enthusiasm. There's enough cynicism in this world as it is, especially online.

Their conference date haven't announce yet, we already hearing gossip. MS set the date earliest but nothing get got yet.

Conferences don't leak , the games that are in development got leak, now you are smart enough to make out why there Is lack of leak on MS side :P

You know that MS whole conference was leaked last year? Don't really know what you are talking about. The bigger a company the more leaks can happen. Also, nothing has leaked.
