You couldn't understand Batman either? It's pretty clear to me.

Mr. Freeze: "A mistaken impression on your part"
Batman: "You're going to wish you had".

Mr. Freeze is speaking in a pretty distinct Austrian/German accent. He sounds like a Bond villain.

It's exactly why I really want Ed Boon and his team to added subtitles for those intro dialogues and victory dialogues but unfortunately there are no subtitles feature for that.

I'm thinking about starting a campaign to ask Ed Boon and his team to patch those subtitles in via update/patches but I need to know how many people would willing to back me up. I did complained on that subject in the past in this thread and no one basically give a single fuck about it.

There should be a sticker on top of the box saying that he's included. Inside is a card with a code.
I haven't validated mine yet, because he might not be up before release and the game told me I can only use him/download him (not sure what it told me exactly anymore) when you've finished the story.

Nah, not on or in mine. Mine is just from a mom & pop shop in LA.

Guess there are shipments without the codes already.

All preorders should have Darkseid in a code inside.

EDIT:
Checking around, seems some at least in NA will give codes in the receipt (i.e. Gamestop) or by email.

It's unknown. I'd expect a mobile game patch next week that allows linking your WB account and other stuff that should make it known.

That is a bizarre exclusion, especially as they make every effort to present them as cinematic. I've seen multiplayer first-person shooters manage subtitles, so they really have no excuse.

To be fair, Freeze is an in-shape dude, and the only thing limiting his mobility is the bulky suit that he typically wears. Since he's not wearing much in this game, his movement doesn't really strike me as jarring.
 
the soecific character tutorials are so useless. if you ignore most of the characters moves, then why offer a tutorial at all?

and whats with the flashes speed-force projectile throw? it doesnt show up in the moves list.

It's not a real move.

It's a toy for a children's side mode.

The mobile game is bonkers when it comes to currency lol. Before the official release, you could upgrade gear buy infusing it with existing gear but now it requires a new currency.
 
According to the youtuber Max, who's friend has the game,
there is a Robin multiverse where Robin has a trait that he uses mid match that he switches from sword to staff.

So at the very least
staff nightwing might be playable with gear, since story mode is one thing, but if he can switch from sword to staff in multiverse, then ya.

Might make some people happy, or enrage them even more.

Yeah, at this point I'm fairly certain
Nightwing's playstyle will be be a different trait that you can get for Robin
, and that makes me very happy.

Well half of it.
It seems staff only, no eskrima.

I think staff stance was fun, but too slow, and a very poor representation of Dick Grayson, seemed like someone at NRS just thought Billy Cane was cool, and didn't care about DC.

I much preferred the staff, so I'm good with that, though I agree it didn't really fit Dick.

Isn't staff more of a tim drake thing? and yeah it was definitely too slow.
 
I caved in and pre-ordered the Ultimate edition, first game I pre-ordered since Smash 4. I can't wait for it to get cheap, I need this in my veins right away.

I actually went to Best Buy first but I couldn't pre-order in store, I would have to go online and I didn't want to risk getting the game several days after release so I literally went to the GameStop next door and pre-ordered there. Apparently I can pick it up around 9pm Monday night which makes it fucking awesome that I pre-ordered there instead.

They're also apparently giving jerseys to preorders, though XL size only.
