Knowing how the Trump administration goes the next step is to bury their distraction story with a similar yet more egregious story of their own.

So... Trump always wanted a dictatorship. Does he go through with a political assassination in a desperate final bid?

With the amount of enemies he's made in the Whitehouse, I'd be pretty surprised if we didn't get audio of one of these Trump tirades at some point down the line.
 
If they move to impeach him, there will be chaos. It's best that they try to investigate what happened before moving further in a bipartisan committee. Unfortunately, I feel that politics will also be in play when it shouldn't be.

Accusations like these should never be occurring with the President. It is another disgraceful day for the U.S.

People don't get the way cinematography works, I think. Most people probably didn't realize that Vin Diesel is half a foot shorter than The Rock, and it takes a ton of clever camerawork to make their fight choreography look like anything other than a sideshow.

Well normally accusations like these have no reason to happen because qualified people are elected into office, whatever their policies. I agree it's a disgraceful day, but here we are.

He very much is one, that's his strength, he has all their nasty views but is able to be relatively pleasant in persona, unlike worms like Ted Cruz or Paul Ryan, or obnoxious morons like Trump.

It didn't really help in the 2016 election but that was not a regular election.
 
For me as a republican that will probably never vote republican again, I really wish Kasich would've won the nomination over Trump. Everyone has their baggage, but he's speaking a lot of common sense right now.
 
Kasich tried to pass an anti-union law even worse than Wisconsin, but he overreached (tried to hit nurses and firefighters), got burned, and turned "moderate" after that.
 
We haven't even heard anything about Trump's meeting with Erdogan, have we? I can't imagine that went off without a hitch.

Kasich is a GWB-style republican (supports national health care, education, compassionate immigration reform, etc) rather than a tea party republican.

It's hard to describe. Bernie Sanders and John Kasich are doing a town hall, and are in agreement about calling for an investigation and speaking at length about how serious this issue is....but it's the tenor of the event that really shows how sad this day is for the country.

Kasich is blacklisted in the Koch network, he has some legit moderate cred

Ha, someone's certainly pushing something. There is a disgusting and similar post from The_Donald on the front of r/all. I hadn't seen The_Donald much on r/all recently, so it looks like everyone is putting in overtime to distract.

The main problem is not his "qualifications" but more so his personality. We knew exactly what he was before going into the election and yes, here we are.


Bernie is taking the words out of my mouth right now on CNN but the problem is that it's too late. Let this be a lesson for future elections that the overall electorate has been / still is uneducated and unreliable.

Bruh just wait. The motto this year has been "nothing he does matters" and we have to wait for proof before we really see if it matters this time. It's still in GOP hands.
 
Kasich is a Republican frozen in time before Newt's revolution in '94. He's still conservative as fuck, but not to the point where he'd sell the fucking country up shit creek just to score a "win" for his party.
