3 weeks to go. What are all you guys most excited for? Speaking realistically.
Whatever the "little something" by 343 Industries is. Then just seeing Project Scorpio in full.

Just seeing Scorpio and games on it. That's all I want to see.

Oh! Making BC games and One games in one freaking store.

Everything else is a bonus.

Yeah I think Halo Wars 2 dlc might appear, but at the same time I don't think 343 will show up merely to show off dlc. They must have something else in store.

Personally I'm most excited for Scorpio and Crackdown. I really want to see a proper demo of Crackdown and what it'll be like. Hoping for some crazy abilities and vehicles. And orbs.

Scorpio by far. As for games, I'm plenty excited for what's one the list, but give me ONE surprise MS. Just one well-guarded surprise that hasn't been leaked (Although I bet it'll be Battletoads) and I'm good. A banjo kazooie game would put me over the moon. A slightly tweaked controller for the Scorpio would be cool as well.

won't it be pointless on a live stream? Hopefully MS release some 4k videos on youtube (and even lossless/higher quality for download on Xbox 1 S)

Getting some solid Scorpio details/closer look is what I am excited for but I also hope MS has some cool announcements to wow people as well. They will have the most powerful console in the market but they need more reasons for people to buy into their plan.

Would love to see something like free online for everyone but have gold subscription add the GamePass, EA Access, GWG etc as a reason to subscribe.

I'd like to see a bundle. I would actually love that and it seems like a no-brainer.

Crackdown game play.
New IP, probably just an indie game.
Halo MCC mega update.
3rd party game play.
Rare IP that isn't Sea of Thieves.
I never really got into State of Decay but a nice demonstration would be good.

I hope they keep Scorpio presentation short, it's not something amazing so don't linger on it too much. Final box, price, game montage with captions on what you get 4K etc.

It's surely got to become untenable soon, charging for online, given that they are moving towards GaaS, and you can play any online Xbox exclusive on Windows 10 with complete parity at no extra charge.

Two people play Sea of Thieves together online, one on the PC, one on Xbox One. One of them is paying $60 annually for the pleasure, but they both get the exact same game.

Hoping for a similar thing, I know I'd certainly find the prospect of an Xbox more enticing if I knew they were the only console providing a free online service.

Scorpio's real reveal of course and finally Crackdown gameplay. Hopefully it looks awesome and has a worthwhile campaign.

Keeping my expectations in check and any surprises are a great bonus for me.

State of decay 2 seems to be flying under the radar. I never played the first but it was well regarded despite the low budget janky. A big budget sequel could be a huge hit.

They aren't giving up free money.

An unexpected, ambitious AAA new IP.

All zombie games fly under the radar here.

But it's actually tracking a lot of excitement elsewhere if we look at social metrics. Zombie games are popular.

Scorpio because I'm always excited about new tech entering the market. The issue for me would be finding a reason to own one, as PC/PS4/Switch/Vita/3ds provides more gaming that I have time for. I sold my xbox 360 back in 2015, had exhausted everything I wanted to play on it, and zero seller regrets. I wouldn't mind getting back into the xbox ecosystem( especially since I've got some games sitting on my account doing nothing), but I really need a compelling reason beyond '4k'. Like some exclusives separate from windows/xbox anywhere, delving more in BC...I don't know. I feel like I'm struggling to come up with reasons, which isn't a good sign.

The last two AC games have been quite good graphically. As far as 3rd party games go, this seems like a good one to show off the Scorpio with since they can't get Battlefront.

ReCore DE announced as free with GWG + sequel confirmed = only way I see it mentioned on stage.

Did Recore sell well enough to get a sequel? Even if it did, it's probably way too early to even announce it.

He said Recore DE not a sequel.

NM. I'm an idiot. Didn't see here he clearly said AND A SEQUEL!

That's a shame. By the sounds of it, it was close to being something really special. I hope it's Spencer's Knack where his passion for it gets us a sequel.

He said "+ sequel confirmed"

Yep. edited my post. Reading is not in the cards for me this morning.

Has MS announced stuff prior to E3 in the last two years? I count the week prior to E3 as the start of E3 since announcements pop up during that time.

Online play being moved from Gold tier to Silver tier

Everybody zigs, you zag, Spencer.

I do think this will happen eventually, but right now, it's likely a tale from my ass

There is no such thing as "silver tier". You are being scammed if you pay for one.

It was just blatantly unfinished but the core mechanics deserve praise, the platforming and movement in particular were fantastic. 3D platforming is almost universally terrible but Recore absolutely fucking nailed it.

It becomes too much of a grind to complete the game but the first 6 hrs or so are really good.

Xbone had a few of those solid 6/10, 7/10 type games that would immediately have me interested in a sequel. Recore is one, Ryse would be another. Give Swery a wheelbarrow full of cash to follow up on D4 while we're at it.

Off the top of my head...

Forza Motorsport 6 was announced in January/Feb of the year to coincide with some auto event.
Forza Horizon 2 was announced a week or two before E3.
Halo 5 was given name & release window before that respective E3.

They aren't giving up free money.

I'm aware it's lucrative, but it stops making sense the closer they get to merging Xbox and Windows 10 in that way. They can't keep charging for Xbox Live if Xbox ever becomes a service platform rather than a physical box (as has been hinted at as their roadmap for quite some time), because then you just end up in a "Games For Windows Live" situation.

I have no idea what you mean by this, but I am referring to Xbox Live Silver, which is the free version of Xbox Live.

Well...that is better than nothing, I suppose. :P

I'm assuming everything being played on will be shown off using Scorpio, hope it translates well to streaming.

State of Decay 2 I think will have a great showing, I'm really interested in what coop will add to the game.

I'd like a Scorpio full spec reveal to finally put the Zen vs Jaguar shit to rest, I'm 99% sure it's Jaguar but people were too optimistic.

Also i'd like to see some new IPs.
