Since when is Spider-Man 2099, Spider-Man Noir, Spider-Gwen, Mysterio, Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan's Ms. Marvel) in the MCU? We don't know the entire roster i mean just go look at the Lego Avengers roster where it was a game based off the MCU movies and it still had a shit load of non-MCU characters.
Will it have FF/X-Men? I wouldn't be shocked if it didn't.

The trailer seems heavily focused on characters that are/will be in MCU films this year - GOTG2, Spider-Man* and Thor: Ragnarok (as well as including Captain America and Giant-Man - calling back to Civil War). Probably as a way to entice fans of the films.
It's possible that X-Men and F4 are still in the game. We can only hope.

What an amazing year for comic book games we're having, especially if PS4 Spider-man doesn't slip.
It's FOX's fault really, they should do the right thing for the fans and give Marvel their characters back.

The right thing? That doesn't make sense. FOX bought the rights legally and their films made people take Marvel seriously back in the early 00s. There'd probably be no MCU without FOX and there's nothing stopping Marvel from throwing X-Men fans a bone.

If Fox keeps making money off of X-Men movies then they have no reason to give it back to Marvel. Also Marvel has the rights to make video games. Fox isn't preventing them.
Kang is great and they chose the right Ms. Marvel to push finally, but no X-Men still? No interest.

Comic fans want all of these characters to be all back together again so they have the option to do mega crossover movies. FOX's hold on X-Men is even effecting comics because Marvel don't want to promote characters that a rival movie studio is using.
No they aren't preventing them but they're causing them to distance from those characters which is only negatively effecting the fans at the end of the day.
No, it's Marvel's fault. They're intentionally keeping the Fox characters out. Hopefully it's like the rumored situation for MvCI where they'll be DLC later.
Either way, the game looks fun. If I get it, it'll probably be for the Switch.
Hoping to trick people into thinking it will include them.

What did you expect, she has a movie coming up. It's not like Marvel Studios is gonna scrap it with an actress, 2 writers, & 2 directors attached.
Fox only has the MOVIE rights to the characters. All merchandise, TV, and comic use of the X-characters are in Marvel's hands.
I don't want X-characters with MCU because those movies are slowly going to trash and lack any meaning. I want more from my movies.
I will only buy Marvel products if it includes X-Men so I guess I will be skipping this one for the time being.

I gotta say - after playing Lego Force Awakens recently (my first lego game probably since Lego LOTR) these games seem to have gotten a lot more complicated.
There's often so much going on, on the screen that I can't even find what I'm supposed to be looking for. There are lego bits and coins everywhere and it's just too damn much. AND there are so many damn collectibles, I miss like 30 things every single level. Not sure I'll be buying Lego games anymore if they're just getting more like this.
