Republican Candidate in Montana Special Election Attacks Reporter

Geez, you can hear in the audio recording how many people were in the area by how much talking there is in the background at first. After the bodyslam it goes dead silent.

Conservatives are literally the worst. Not literally as in figuratively, but literally an in literally.
 
Rob Quist, the Dem candidate, seems pretty good too. (at least in terms of policy). So, let's hope this tanks Greg Gianforte. (not that I'm holding my breath here)
 
I see real Montana is prepping to make sure it can now out crazy anything Ubisoft will come up with. Florida be prepared for a new challenger.
 
Nothing surprises me about American politics anymore. Watch this guy still win tomorrow. I don't want to sound like an old man yelling at clouds but our society has lost civility and decency. Trump was both a product of that and exacerbated it. This guy is taking it to another level.

If it was the victim's word vs. the candidate's, sure, but... there was an entire TV crew in there! That's not gonna be easy to hush up.
 
The sad truth is it no longer matters if you're a completely corrupt asshole shithead that assaults people both verbally and physically. As long as you have an R next to your name, Republicans will vote for you. Integrity and decorum mean nothing to them anymore.

You'd think that would be enough. But this is the United States. And there has been tons of audio and video of police committing public executions in the streets with no penalty.

So it's not a stretch to think a GOP politician will get off here for a different crime.

Which is why we should not acquiesce to their demands for Democrats and liberals/progressives to tolerate their bullshit until they get their act together. No more playing by two sets of rules.

I'm cynical about this shit, too. Not only is it happening too late for the Dems to make any TV ads about it, but the way Trump and the Republicans have made the press out to be the Illuminati, I imagine the Republican voters will be energized.

I think it would be a hilarious statement to say this: 'This man is so afraid to talk about a health care plan that might kill you that he bodyslams people asking him about it, is that the man you want to vote for?'
