The amazing thing is their entire domain is down depending on how their hosting/network is set up they could be completely down as a company, they could be unable to email, reach external sites from their HQ, this could be a real disaster for them.

Since I know I don't have the energy to sit around for an indeterminate amount of time for when they might have the ticket service back up, chances are this will be the first PS E3 Experience I miss. And yeah, that's leaving me with a pretty decent amount of frustration, given I set aside the time to get tickets.
