"Where are all the E3 leaks!?!" asks local man standing knee deep in water

Oh, the E3 bear. I remember those days, the crate threads etc. Leaks are fun though, but I don't have an issue with no leaks.

Where is this year's CBOAT?!?!

I prefer it this way, so I can not get excited for the Metroid Switch game we are definitely not going to get

The Negoaf e3 cycle. :

2 weeks before e3 "Where are all the rumours and leaks?"
1 week before e3 "check out all the leaks"
E3 "man cant believe e3 has been ruined by all the leaks"
1 week after e3 "man that was the best e3 in history"

so true

It makes for a nice change from.the last couple Of years with all of the leaks and whatnot.

Keeping my hype levels in check, however of the leaks don't leak out then it'll be an exciting e3.

Take it with a HUGE bag of salt

but apparently bethesda e3 leaks?

pretty awesome if true but I doubt it personally

So many hole to poke into this. First off, Elder Scrolls VI isn't in a active development, yet this talks like it is. He provided more information for VI than he did for Got, a game that should be partway done, versus a game that 's still conceptual. The same with Fallout.

There's also contradictions, like talking about not appeasing the small fanbase by not changing the engine, and how much Fallout 4 sold, but also that Fallout 5 will copy New Vegas even more reversing all the changes that made to it, which sounds like fanwank.

I don't buy the Game of Thrones game either. Seems redundant after Skyrim, and unless it's going to tie in with the new prequel series, it seems weird that HBO, or Bethesda, would care about a big budget series that isn't going to release until after the series ends.

starfield is a generic enough name to be believable I guess

tbf they trademarked that years ago. That's not part of the leak.

Wow, according to that "leak" they are still going to be using the creation engine for their upcoming games....and using mods as an "excuse" as to why they don't want to change it.

What a load of rubbish, a "minority" of people want it changed? You can't talk about Bethesda games without tons of people saying they wish they'd upgrade the engine and move to a new one like UE4 or something...

Didn't that Bethesda rumor guy say that the Elder Scrolls universe takes place in the far future after Fallout and the rumored "Starfield".

C'mon.

This is the first year in recent memory that there's no major leaks. But for the sake of total surprise, it would be best to go dark for the next 1.5 week right?

I'm crossing my fingers that the E3 boat safely arrives in port next week with no leaks at all. Part of the fun of E3 is discovering all the new things right as they are announced. If they are just spoiled for us, yeah, we'll be excited, but the shock won't be as big since we know it's coming.

Hell, just look at what happened with the ARMS reveal for the last three fighters when they were revealed an hour or so before hand. At least Etika didn't take notice to the leaks before hand to which we got to his reaction of being torn asunder between the Extra Thicc and trying to stay loyal to his current girl (in spite of tossing the other one under the bus already). If it gets shown in advance, that just ruins the fun for some.

Still... Don't be shocked if during the course of next week, we start to get stories of "MAJOR LEAKS!"

I don't believe the "leaker". If Bethesda is working on GoT, I'd expect it to be their next big game, fall 2018 just after the end of the series.

Ubisoft's asshole exploded early this time.

Hopefully this year won't be obnoxious as last year, where people in the react thread kept reposting the leaked schedule as the conference was starting.

No one knows what they're doing 10+ years out. Don't even waste your time with the Bethesda thing.

Some guys over at SonyGAF sent this.

This sounds like something people might like, so I would put it in the "less likely to be true" category, but I do think there's some merit to it.

1.) That new IP thing would be pretty straightforward for their self published title. No real details though.

2.) Platinum was doing a lot of cheap licensed work for Activision, who got out of the licensed game business. It's not unbelievable they would pitch to Bandai Namco (or Bandai would approach them) to make cheap licensed games like Sailor Moon for them.

3.) A The Wonderful 101 spin-off would be something that could presumably be low budget, and thus something Nintendo would feel much more comfortable funding than Bayonetta 3. A spin-off would also acknowledge that The Wonderful 101 didn't sell very well, so it needs a new direction.

It's a 4Chan rumor that cites a game release in like, 2030. Don't hold much stake in this nonsense.

They still won't switch engines though.

No leaks, please. Perhaps, I will probably go on a media blackout a few days ahead of the first conferences so that I can get some potential surprises.
