I'm guessing he only judges people who die on or around Earth.
As they talk about Freeza being in his own Hell I don't think Earth really has it's own Hell like Freeza said in F, people just get personal Hells to get them to repent.
He must hate earth considering people come and go in the billions

The U7 saiyans have been crutching off transformations for years. It says a lot that Whis wouldn't let them transform during their training with him because they needed to up their base. Makes me think about all the fighters that would steamroll through them throughout dragon ball if they couldn't transform. Goku was getting his ass kicked by Frost's second to last form.

I mean to be fair he did get two episodes however that story should have been in one episode.
They could have had him spar with another member though in a different episode. Maybe 18?

I kinda wish Kale wasn't so mushy on Caulif. I wanted her to be more independent character. All those pics of her looking sinister painted a different picture of her personality.
It's like if they made a parody character of Matt Damon in Dragon Ball, and they made a shit potatoes reference in a promo description - that doesn't mean Matt Damon or The Martian is now canon, it's just acknowledging to the fans who obviously know what the reference is that it is indeed a reference.
Goku agreeing to allow Freiza to be revived is dopey writing and really cements Goku as a total idiot who values fighting strong foes over literally everything. At least before he kind of cared about other people.
It'll happen I think.

It's literally just a magazine pointing out that a character designed to look like Broly looks like Broly.
No, it's perfectly in character, this dude has never cared before if Freeza is a live or not and the Universe is on the line right now.
Also Goku is playing dirty because Freeza can't revive himself with Earth's Balls, he's already been revived by them before.
If he didn't care about everyone dying he wouldn't bother taking a risk with someone like Freeza.

I could buy that. Even with the dumbness of universe rocking, I can buy that.
But getting close to GoD power, from a mortal's perspective is weird/ But I can buy that with lotsa wiggle room.
But Goku. We know Goku. He ain't anywhere near that level still. We've seen what he can do recently, and he ain't closing that gap without some major BS. Either Goku is getting clowned because that level would smoke the whole U7 group (if not everyone else since that's a huge boost of power). Or Goku is gonna have some hidden dumb powerup that'll let him jump that far with no leadup.
Yeah that's true. But Goku and co. have no business fighting someone on a level we haven't even seen the max power of when they couldn't even make Beerus bring out his real power yet.
It's not a fight to the death remember, they just need to eliminate him. They could probably eliminate one of the gods through team work if the god wasn't allowed to hakai them

I don't agree with this at all base Broly is dope as shit.
In any event I'm curious which universe has that mortal who's stronger than Beerus, wonder if its one of them that was excluded from this tournament.
Also while you guys are fawning over the new Saiyans I'm way more interested in seeing more of that Magical Girl parody character.
I know, I'm just saying they could potentially beat someone like that in a tournament setting through trickery where they would probably be doomed in a fight to the death

After watching this episode I think Frieza joining in on this is brilliant. I almost entirely love how he will be getting wished back to life out of this and has shown Goku he still has room for growth. This could totally lead up to an interesting future arc, the only thing that hurts it a little is we already had Return of F. And he returned earlier and was made into lunch meat by Trunks. The idea of Frieza is great, it's just the more he sticks around the less menacing he seems and he racks up more and more L's

Trickery only goes so far when your opponent can blitz you faster than anything. Even before they could invoke the mabufua.
I guess it's also bad because we haven't yet seen what Beerus can do at full power and we already have a dude who can surpass him.
No, he died on Earth both times.
Though they vague about i think we are still suppose to assume they would still get crushed or at least lose to Beerus. So the guy at full power should be unbeatable at their current when Jiren is told to be hopeless and the GoD guy is probably stronger

On topic of the episode. Eh, it was alright:
-I love the colour change when Freeza was released from his cocoon
-Kale's transformation was cool to see Brody's green aura but it was a bit underwhelming
-The episode preview makes it seems like Freeza gets erased or switches sides. (Maybe he leaves the team and Buu wakes up)
So with only "1 hour and 30 minutes" left

Nope, he was rescued and became mecha Frieza, then proceeded to die twice on Earth. Once by Trunks and the other by Goku.
