For the first time ever, the xbox conference is what has me the most excited and curious out of the three.
Same here. I really think they are going to have a fantastic E3.

I'm a diehard Sony fan, but the only thing that would get me excited about their conference at this point is if they finally announced PSN name changes. Everything else has already been announced for me. Hopefully Microsoft takes this chance to finally show off what they've been working on. Scorpio is nice and all, but I need some exclusives from Xbox to make me care about it. Otherwise, it's basically a PC to me.
Pretty much. It's my most anticipated conference and I don't even own an Xbox One. I just love to follow the industry closely and I find their situation particularly fascinating. They very much feel like the ultimate wildcard this year. The conference could be incredible or pretty lackluster and nobody would be surprised by either outcome.

PS: To my point, Xbox did not sell in Eu not because we hate the yankies, it's because they fucked up. He wasn't objective about it, he was a fanboy.
It's hard to separate because he himself doesn't do it...his "fanboyism" permeates his "insiderism", overhyping shit, etc. But I know what you mean

Free games and DLC?
How does this work? Everyone who watches the conference on their Xbox gets download codes in their inbox or stuff dropped directly into their ready to install?
They'll probably give codes to select viewers. I think they do this every year.
That's what I was thinking, because it doesn't say a chance to win.. They make it sound like if you watch it, you'll get free games/dlc/whatever else

IIRC it should if you turn off the low latency option on the stream, under the gear.

Shame I own the OG xb1 so won't be using mixer to stream as want to watch in 4k.

YouTube has been notorious for being way behind on E3 conferences in the past for me.
I'll end up watching on Mixer, but I'm also a streamer on Mixer and want to support the platform so I'm biased lol
btw Mike Ybarra will be live streaming from E3 a lot directly from his phone with the new Mobile Streaming through Mixer's App.

everything will leak 45 minutes before the conference, then 90% of the posts that day will be about how the conference didnt show anything new.

We've got till Sunday, so we're not in the clear until then. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if leaks started happening around Saturday.

Whats great about Microsofts conference is that even if everything leaks the excitement is still focused on what everythings going to look like. I mean if Ninja Gaiden got leaked right now 60fps 4k i may even be more hyped than i am right now for Sunday than i would be if i didnt know
Tier 2 treatment taken to a whole new level.
