Oh I know, that's why I said I understand why it's not possible. Actually I'd probably be fine with 20-25 episodes a year if it meant better quality, both in the animation and the writing.
The only thing worse than being a fan of Super is having to watch the One Piece anime.

It can always get worse.

I thought One Piece animation was great? (Saying that as someone who's only seen like 15 episodes, several years ago.) I thought that was the general consensus anyway.

The last time an episode bothered me was episode 88. 87 and 88 weren't great, but prior to that it's been awhile since an episode bothered me, in terms of how it looked.

I don't even remeber the last time we had a bad looking episode from super, at worst it's been mediocre, it's far from perfect but super has come a long way.

The precure style transformation is a testament to how far it's come and the trolls are running out of inbetween shots to in large then post.

Yeah they have evolved into ignoring dialogue and the fact that Goten andse Trunks got BS Super Saiyan to push the idea that Super Saiyan is now about your back only.

consensus is mixed in animation but took a dive post timeskip though i heard it got better but the pacing is still the worst at one chapter and at most chapter and half per episode

So, there's something that hasn't been addressed.

Did Frieza somehow master his gold form? Because if not, how is he gonna be helpful in the tournament at all?

Frieza is still stronger than at least half of the people, i guess they are relying his raw power for this
Though i wonder how his death will affect his performance

Like Goku when he died, it'll be easier for Frieza to maintain his Golden form, but at the cost of draining his time outside of hell.

Goku didn't expect SSJ3 to be as draining as it was once he was among the living, because it wasn't as exhausting and draining on his stamina when he fought Buu while he was dead.

Goku had trouble with Goku Black, after training Vegeta could wreck Black and Trunks was also able to fight Black. Vegeta and Trunks had a legit beam struggle were Zamasu was unable to win, there's no reason to think he wasn't hurt by it. Goku wasn't strong enough to win a beam struggle, but Zamasu was probably weakened just enough from the previous struggle for Goku to pierce his attack, though he broke his own arms anyways.

And again, the show never implied that Merged Zamasu got weakened and went on to one-shot Vegeta. If anything, shows that Merged Zamasu was getting serious. On top of that, Vegeta and Trunks together using their full power didn't even burn Merged Zamasu's skin. If Vegeta was vastly stronger, he wouldn't need to break his arms to hurt Merged Zamasu, especially with Trunks helping him.

YouTubers really are the worst.

There's a difference between being killed and being erased. The latter happened to Zamasu. Future Zeno mimics Present Zeno because he doesn't want to stick out from his friends. He's always been painted child-like, and children often mimic people they are close to because they feel that's the "right way" to think/act.

I haven't keeping up with super at all.

But I was browsing youtube, and I saw they recreated trunks going ssj with death of Gohan.

....................

What in the flying fuck was that?

That was the most low effort, yeeyaw lazy ass animation I think I've seen in a long while.

I get that the movie most likely had a way higher budget, but I saw better shit from early dragonball. Come on now.

And like no emotion at all. And why does Gohan look like he's sleeping?
The episode was almost entirely animated by one guy in 6 weeks.

It'd be great if all of DBS looked as good as this Goku vs Frieza Special from Future Trunks.

A fair amount of the staff that worked on this are super regulars or at least work on it from time to time. We already know Toei is willing to put lots of staff on Super and spend more than they do on One Piece. It's only a matter of time until we can have Super episodes that look like that from time to time, they just need to continue to improve the production.
I think we're going to be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the tournament at the very least.

I think there's something in the whole Zeno not being 100% in-sync though. I think at some point they're going to disagree on something and that's when things go wrong. So far any differences have been minor, but what happens when the two Gods of Everything disagree?

Future Zeno with all the universes and gods of destruction vs Present Zeno with the angels and grand priest for final showdown?

Hopefully that pans out, yeah. Jiren vs Goku needs to be animated beautifully.

The best look we got so far was shown in those episodes against the wolf dudes.

The last episode was from bad to average.

I really dislike the Frieza boner that the author has. It's kind of funny how many times he's actually been killed and brought back.

This will be the second time he's back since he was killed. Third if you count when he came back as a cyborg, but he wasn't really killed then and was dealt with in seconds.

Whatever shenanigans go down, my only hope is that it results in frieza (along with his doppelgänger) being completely and utterly erased from existence.

His energy ball exploded in his face though.

I have sinned.

Vegito's final kamehameha was weird, the way it was directed made it look like it didn't hinder Zamasu at all, completely no sold it, dude got right back up and just got madder, could've at least had half his body blown off and regenerate like Cell.

Visually Goku alone looked like he did more damage than fucking Vegito. They did that while thing backwards, Vegito should've broken the halo and had Zamasu gradually getting more and more gooey.
