MS probably still has the Madden marketing so they'll talk about how they've optimized Madden for Scorpio this fall.
$399 for Scorpio is looking more believable.

I mean, Madden, FIFA, and NHL are pretty much always on the top played games list for both PS4/Xbox. No shame in liking them, I personally prefer NHL myself, even though I don't play sports games much.

I was just thinking about this too. $100 price difference between the S and Scorpio ain't bad.
xbox needs a mlb game. main reason i bought a PS4 (and PS3).
The Show was one of the reasons I had a PS3. And I don't even enjoy watching baseball lol. I love that game tho.
If you're 2 hours behind EST then yes, 1 hour ahead of PST.

It is unlikely, but if there's one thing I am hoping for with Sony buying up all the marketing partnerships to all the big shooters games and becoming the definitive shooter platform this gen, it's that Microsoft will pivot Xbox away from the "shooter box" image it's had all these years and makes huge strides to diversifying its portfolio.

The price of technology falls over time, it doesn't go up.
I mean with the exception of Forza, this E3 is likely the most diverse we've had in years. It's definitely a diverse profile for 2017 but we'll see how 2018+ looks after tomorrow.

Did you guys even check the link? They're cutting 50 on selected offers, all bundles. The only S going for less than 299 is the Minecraft one.

If it is 399$, I truely believe there are dozens like myself who have been Sony this entire gen, waiting to pick up a Scorp and dive head first into MS exclusives.
Anything higher than $399 and I'm out ):
As a family man with responsibilities I can't justify anything higher when I just bought a PS4 pro last November.
with the creator's program, id@xbox and most importanly UWP that can easily run across xbox to pc. i think indy and mid level developers will start to move to the xbox platform more.

I've bought Madden every year. EVERY year. Past few years I told myself never again, but they always suck me back in. Go Jaguars.
So Xbox Engineer on Xbox Reddit said MS is keeping stuff tight lipped. Even he doesn't know scorpio name or price or what's at the show. That's pretty crazy.

lol yeah. i tried RBI, god that was awful. i have super mega baseball through games for gold, haven't tried it. Horrible that there is nothing close to the Show. I guess there is OOTP but that is a different kind of game. mlb needs to get their heads out of their ass and reduce the price of the mlb license.

When it comes to MS price cuts it starts off temporary and then becomes permanent.
Xbox One S was originally like $300 and took a cut price cut to $250 temporarily then it ended up becoming permanent.
I wouldn't be surprised if this price cut became permanent as well.

Super Mega Baseball is alright but it's no The Show. Doubt they'll change the license fees now since the Show basically has its audience. Sucks, but looks like MLB isn't a priority for Xbox.
