I will assume not for Xbone and PS4. Scorpio and Pro will surely get it, perhaps not at the same graphic settings, Xbone will probably have some highter textures, tesselation or something than Pro.

I hope the PC version will have the capability of getting up to 8K if your rig is capable of doing it.
