Thanks, I do that but see a bar to pause, mute, and change settings. I sat there for a few minutes and it never went away. I may just end up using YouTube.

Tried making the account on a cell connection? The Mixer service might be getting hit hard, and it's not even Sunday yet. I have faith with MS in live conferences, but I need to have a backup in the event Mixer fails.

I'm not familiar with Mixer, is there a way to turn off the menu bar at the bottom and completely hide the chat comments when viewing in full screen? I want to be able to view the conference at the best quality without any stupid shit on the screen.

I think it's a bug why it doesn't hide, but move the cursor to the chat text block and press X.

But if you move the console you will have to do it again XD

Make sure you've highlighted the chat window beforehand, otherwise you'll still be left with the control bar at the bottom.

Move the active selection over to the chat window before hitting X to hide the chat. The video controls don't time-out and autohide, so if your cursor is on them when you hide the chat they'll stay visible forever.
