They take 30 % of every purchase, so yes, they will get it back.

I get that. It's store credit and you'll buy more games. Sorry should have been more clearer. If you think about it that 30% becomes a tad less because they are buying back your games. Right? Or am I not thinking straight?

Oh damn, that digital buyback thing would be the business. I have so many games that I just haven't touched or won't touch again. It'd be cool to get at least something for them.

It'd also work in Microsoft's favor as I would then buy literally every game I want this fall.

I have dozens of games I'll never play on my Steam library. I regret buying them and sometimes I wish I could just nuke them out of my collection, so if Microsoft is willing to pay me anything for the digital games I don't want to play anymore, I find it pretty great.

You can already hide them from your library on Xbox, if that's what you mean with nuke em.

Today is the day!

No clue where this graphic is from but it's great, this should be our start up animation

No, you're right. If you buy a $60 game they get $18. If they then give you back $ 6 they'll be at $12, which is 20 %. Of those $6 they get $1.8 if you buy something, they end up at $13.8, so 23 % instead of 30 %. Now of course they expect you to buy something more expensive. Say a $20 game. That would bring them back to $18. Hmm. I don't think there is much sense in this for them, not if they do the selling out of their own pocket.

So, what's the chances of Scorpio be able to run ALL of 360 games already at launch?

I really want to retire my old Xbox, but I can't do this while there's still some games that I own and are not BC on the XOne

Let's play a fun game called "guess the cover car". What do you think will be Forza 7's promo car, and will Microsoft bring it on stage? Reminder, this gen we've had Mclaren P1, Lamborghini Huracan, Ford GT, and Lamborghini Centenario. My guess is Mclaren 720s

Turn10s silence is killing me, normally we always had some info about Forza M before E3. All these MS Studios being on lockdown is uncomfortable.

Porsche

I'm prepared to be blown away by Turn 10. This is the first time they haven't revealed Forza before E3. They have never held the game off just for the conference.

Do we get a new IP / genre of racing, or do we get a massively packed Forza 7 racer. I have this feeling that if it is Forza 7 it will be a combo with everything they've learned with Playground Games.

Sony has made mistakes? What mistakes?

HUGE......HUUUUUUUGE Mistakes!&!!&&!

BC is on a game-to-game basis. scorpio won't magically run everything just because six teraflops!!!

well scorpio could likely run every game in theory

buuuuuttttttttt

unless MS changes their approach, it's still up to the developers

But they also expect to resell the game you just sold them back, generating say another 30.00 to say 45.00 in profit,

This "sell your digital purchases" rumor, many people are reporting it or just a single guy saw this? Would be awesome honestly.
