I think the movie partnership is Civil War, Homecoming, and one of the Infinity War movies? Or maybe both of those count as one, not sure.
But yeah, apparently after that, unless there's a new agreement, Spidey is back on his own with Sony again.

He's confirmed for Homecoming, the 2 Avengers flicks and Homecoming 2 (working title) in 2019 I think.
Only happening if he's there to re-announce AGENT.

Ah, cool! Is Homecoming 2 a Disney/Sony partnered movie or Sony alone? It was a while back but I remember it wasn't certain if it was part of the deal. I could definitely be wrong, though!

Same as Homecoming 1. Also I'm fairly certain there is way more to the deal than what the public knows. It just makes little to no sense for Marvel to go all in by introducing a cool Spidey if there was the slightest chance that Sony says "bb" in a few years and the cool Spidey is suddenly erased from continuity.
At least I wouldn't do something like that, rather have no Spidey than a Spidey for a limited time only.
