Go full-screen. If you have the bandwidth 4K will appear in the top left corner.

Edit: Nevermind, I went full screen and it's now 4K HDR.

That's what I came to post. Mixer loaded at 4K HDR on my Xbox One S. Didn't know it was going to be in HDR.

For some reason, Mixer would just sit at the title screen. Did a complete reboot of my system and then could not select 4k using the settings option, but then hit full screen and it automatically went into 4k. Can't do chat box or anything else, it just went full screen and removed all the icons/menu etc. Looks extremely clean, even though it is just a back round with lights....

But if you are on Xbox One S and can handle 4k, just hit full screen it will switch to 4k for you automatically.
