Dragon Ball FighterZ (PC/XB1/PS4, BN/ASW, UE4, early 2018, beta Sum 2017) E3 trailer

Justin's primary source of income is any fighting game with a scene and he genuinely likes most fighting games. I wouldn't really take his hype for anything in that realm as authority.

Like, he did the same thing for TxSF.

My brother plays those fan made DBZ games made with M.U.G.E.N. and said this game looks like trash. WTF?!

Unless things have changed his primary source on income is working for Nvidia.

Certainly not.

DLC and sequels can do them justice while your 2 birds one stone is basically shitting on both.

This has TAG so having double characters is dumb IMO.

Can't agree more. With how much love went into the existing characters, like hell I'd want them to fuck up two characters to pretend they got them both in. 19/20 is one thing, cause 20 doesn't have any fights so his move set would be made up anyway(also why he shouldn't be a slot). But 18 and 17 have plenty of fights to draw individual movesets from(and thats only growing as Super continues). Let them do only 18 right for now if thats how it has to be

It's not too surprising, they didn't have any in the Persona games either.
Movesets are probably going to stay fairly simple and it's 3v3, so it shouldn't be a problem.

huh! didn't know persona was rid of them too
im not really fussed about this either way, and for the most part i think simplifying controls is the better solution when tasking to make a fighter more easier to get into

Hope DP and HCF/HCB are still a thing for some characters in part because I also hope other characters have more expansive movelists.

if fucking goku, aka the guy who has copied more moves than everyone else together, has a simple movelist dunno if I'd held onto that hope

On second note.

They about 58 assholes doing "kamehameha" so maybe they're fine with having Cell and 17 with the same super.

So we're expecting around 18 characters at launch, right? 9 on each side of the select screen.

You can expect 21 and 3 DLC. That'd be my guess.

ArcSys typically makes characters very distinct gameplay-wise so it doesn't really matter that Goku has learned every last thing over the course of the series

that's something that worries me a little about this; most of the characters are gonna have at least one big lazor attack

at least Buu looks different

Honestly he should have something with instant transmission :/ .

I know the characters all have a teleport but that's the thing, Goku should have been able to take it a notch above.

It's a bit disappointing.

But hey, there's always Blue Goku.

All the worst comments posted in this thread (from outside sources) have been YouTube comments or GameFAQs comments. Take a moment to think about this... Combining GameFAQs/YouTube with DBZ fans. How could you expect to get anything but the very, very worst the world had to offer?

Garlick Gun is shit though ?

Why would Vegeta use it over Final Flash ? It's literally the same thing except purple.

The last thing we need is "more of the same" in a fighting game that is already having difficulties to find unique moves.

I guess Blue Vegeta might have it.
