Why would SSJ Goku use Kaioken? I know it happened once in filler, but games always ignored it.
Either way, I still expect a SSJB variation and Kaioken would go there. No idea about the Genki Dama though. I don't think we'll get a base Goku just for that though, especially considering how rough Goku's base hair looks like. If they make another version of Goku go back to base to use the attack though, that would make more sense for SSJ Goku rather than SSB, since he never used it in Super.
An unplayable boss, in an Arcsys game?
Outside of a rare giant monster, that doesn't happen, If they put the resources into creating a character then that character will be playable.

I'm sure there is more then that too.
Personal hope is base SSJ Goku gets a Genki Dama level 5 that reverts him to base for the attack just like how he goes SSJ3 for an attack.

They did say something along the lines of not wanting to have separate forms of characters take up roster spots. It very well could be just SSJ Goku, but who knows. They may have a few, but we probably shouldn't expect as many different forms of characters to take up the roster as other DB games this time around, if at all. If any other characters get forms I would image it would be like, SSJG Goku or SSJB Goku and/or Vegeta.
Edit: Though as mentioned above, the Genki Dama could be Goku's LVL5. I don't think we've seen anyone's LVL5 super outside of Gohan? Not sure on that though.

Unlimited Hazama would always body me in Blazblue.

I dunno about Super but Kaioken pretty much got phased out during the fight with Frieza when Goku admitted he had been using it non stop at 20x power for a while ... and there wasnt any art to go with it.
So you can basically assume Goku is using it all the time, in the background.

He wasn't using it the entire time. He only started using the Kaio-Ken x10 when Freeza went to 50%. The aura was even shown at that point.

Yeah, they brought back Kaio-Ken in DBS when Goku was fighting Hit. Goku ended up stacking it on top of Super Saiyan Blue. It was an incomplete technique as of the Universe 6 arc, but I believe Goku mastered it since then (though he still uses it sparingly).
Oh God... new fears to fret over.

Honestly, I wouldn't be shocked if we have something in terms of Beerus and Whis that hit harder than usual and they fight as a team of two as opposed to a team of three. Unimaginative, I know, but that would be my best guess other than Zamasu and Goku Black where after you fight them and beat them both, they fuse in a last ditch attempt to beat you.
Who knows what route they'll take, but I wouldn't be shocked at all if there isn't really much of an actual final boss in the game and it is more like a ladder of fights. Hell, I don't even think we're going to get much of a story mode either (unless if we do something to really condense the story and abridge the hell out of it).
To which I could imagine something like this:
1) Raditz, Nappa, Vegeta
2) Dodoria, Zarbon, Ginyu
3) Frieza powered up
4) 19+20 and whatever else that can be done there
5) 16, 17 & 18
6) Cell Powered up
7) Team Majin
8) Majin Buu Powered up (with Super Buu and Kid Buu)
9) Beerus and Whis
Honestly, it would be rather difficult to figure out how it would be structured and would be more like an arcade mode than an actual story mode with random fighters than themed fights.

I'd honestly want that. Only thing is that if Beerus is playable it'd be kinda hard to see Merged Zamasu as a bigger threat than him.
But uh well, fuck power levels. Go ham.

So here's My Final Official Roster Prediction. Base roster of 21 characters because that's 7 groups of 3, it's 3vs3 & 7 dragon balls & 7 levels of super meter. All works out. First set of DLC will be 3 more characters, 24 total.

I know you had to preorder SFV to get into the beta, while Injustice 2 allowed people to register for it. Most people didn't get a chance to participate in Injustice 2's beta, so hopefully DBFZ's way of handling it is better.

I can 100% guarantee beta codes have not gone out to anyone. I would honestly be surprised if Namco even has codes yet.
Online tournaments in fighting games take a long time to complete. It begs for people to leave.
