The splatfest map is interesting. Shifting platforms is a cool idea but I don't think this iteration of the map uses them as well as they could be used.

Yup. Still counts toward rank which is all I'm after, but ketchup clearly won in popularity in NA.

This Splatfest is sucking the connectivity fleshhog.

At the end of the past 4 matches I get communication error and then I don't get any XP or money. I'm done with this until the Splatfest is over as the netcode apparently sucks balls. Every other time I have 0 issues. Sigh.

I feel like some people are just bringing their ranked battle weapons into splatfest too.

I feel like if you must bring a charger or something into splatfest, at least get the kills to back it up and make up for the ink you aren't spraying. I was just in a game with one who got 0 kills, and was bottom of the leaderboard. *sigh*

I usually use Jet Squelcher or something in ranked, but I've swapped back to the Tentatek Splattershot for this. While Jet Squelcher is really strong when fighting around one objective, I just don't feel it's as strong on Turf War.

I think because it's actively looking for people on the other side instead of just anyone and everyone. But yeah, even still, seems pretty slow. This is the longest wait times for matchmaking I've had this far
