Ha, just remembered about this when the Danganronpa V3 demo came out and same as at launch in the US... £49 for two games just... isn't great or tempting. Ditto for ZTD, (In fact more so for that).

Hope theres an option to just buy 999 on Vita seperately, but doubt it. Handled it poorly and priced it crazily.

people complaining about the price, those are RRP prices and they'll probably be cheaper like with everything else

So its only just Now coming to the EU huh......

throught it was already out there in limited qunitys

Nonary Games was actually released over here when the US version got released but it was extremely hard to find

Yep, I wasn't aware but here is what RSG said about this :
We felt that gamers in Europe didn't have much of an opportunity to obtain the physical retail version of The Nonary Games when it was released earlier this year, so we've stepped up to secure more much-deserved visibility at European retail. At the same time, we are also bringing to market the final chapter in the Zero Escape series Zero Time Dilemma which will be exclusively distributed by Rising Star Games across Europe

now please release it on vita psn

it's unacceptable that you can't buy the vita version in europe when it is available elsewhere

jim ryan needs to get his fucking shit together and get the european branch up to speed

A complete collection would have been more interesting for me because I haven't played the third one.

Yes, I've heard it's bad. But I need closure.

The post below you will tell you that it's not bad and that you should absolutely play it.

I will tell you that if this was the "closure" I was going to get, I'd have rather the series stayed dead.

At least they did us a service and cut the shit away from the good stuff so I can buy the first and second games while not giving any money to the trash third game.

What's wrong with it? I cared for the characters so the end was perfect for me.

i saw a rumour posted somewhere that the reason the Vita version got delayed in the EU was because RSG still had the license to VLR meaning that Aksys couldn't release it until later this year when i assume they expire

for reference the game came out November 23rd 2012 so it's likely that it might get a end of November/begining of December release because i think most videogame licenses are usually 4-5 years long

hope so

these games would be great to play in bed on my vita

Hm? Nonary games in Europe released months ago, I already have the PEGI version.

You can even buy it right now from here:
https://www.bazaar-bazaar.com/products/zero-escape-the-nonary-games

And why does it not suprise me that they dropped the promised Vita release?

Are you sure they didn't just sell you an american disc/card?

There was one retailer in the UK claiming to be selling the EU version (base.com if my memory serves), but when people received the orders, they were the US edition.

Yes, I am sure. It's the PEGI version. 365games/Shop4DE had some stock too, I got it from them.

Bazaar-Bazaar still has some stock. It's a fascinating shop, for example they had the european version of Collar x Malice almost 3-4 weeks exclusive to them. Without any mentioning or announcement from Aksys games. Aksys games are so terrible with EU releases and communication, it's unbelievable.

They released the PS4 version but not the Vita version

The news in this thread seems to be a reprint of the PS4 version

It's an insult to practically everything I loved about the series (save for the OST, even though its potential was ruined by reusing tracks from previous games for 75% of the game), but some people were able to enjoy it.

I'm still glad we got closure, myself.

I let it go. I just don't care about the series anywhere as strongly anymore. (As for how strongly I used to feel, check my username)
