I'll start off by playing some of my characters from 3. I'll try Dante/Strider (should work great) and Hulk/Haggar (probably won't work). With Dante/Strider I'll probably pick Mind Stone or Soul Stone. The only thing to make those characters dirtier might just be that Mind Stone command grab. With Hulk/Haggar I'll pick Time Stone for mobility or perhaps Space Stone.

My idea would be a grappler character with claws, pretty much like you stated. Throw in some vibranium daggers and a cloaking field and there you go.

No, you understimate how strict Marvel is with the portrayal of their characters in the games in this era, they literally will cockblock gameplay element if they find it doesn't fit with the image and branding of the character.

Not full on ground spinning, but wheel kicks and flip kicks and the like. It's probably not accurate to describe Cheetah's fighting style as capoeira, but I don't know what else to call it.

Might as well release black panther and sigma day 1. We already know you cut these characters from the game no need to make us wait to keep up the illusion.

Capcom would never finish content and hold it back for release.

The characters themselves have all had movesets that are pretty faithful to their adaptations. I don't really see any corners being cut in terms of the mechanics of each character. It's all presentation stuff.

EDIT: Not sure about capoeira though....

I actually think that Black Panther might have some kind of technology tools to use so I think they have so much to draw from the comic and movie so hopefully they would do him a justice.

he does have a device that causes all of his projectiles to home in on their targets, I believe.

Vibranium suit could give him armor for one of his supers

He does have a cloaking field, as stated so there could be something with that...

yeah but when do we get Black Panther they got my man hostage behind DLC. I am kinda interested in Sigma as well. At least one good thing bout their dlc choices I am tempted to open my wallet. Ij2 DLC choices soured me right out of the gate with guest character (Subzero) coming out in first round of dlc. just my thought on that I know Subzero is crazy popular with others
