Just a Skyrim release date please, I can't think of any game that we've ever been less than 3 months from release from and it's not had a date.

I'm so sure it's getting pushed to Q1 at the moment, but I really don't want it to be.

Breath of the Wild only got a release date less than two months before it came out. Xenoblade 2 will be similar if it makes December. ARMS as mentioned above...

Kimishima's Nintendo has been really tight-lipped in general actually...

Two Other Ocean/Digital Eclipse guys are excited "for some reason".... Hmm.....

Expecting Mega Man Collection ports, or Disney Afternoon Collection Ports.... Or Street Fighter Collection? Please?

Fire Emblem 2018 reveal trailer maybe?

Some actual Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon details?

More characters for Fire Emblem Warriors (who arent from Awakening or fates)?

Showing a bit of the mushroom kingdom in Mario Oddessy as well as maybe hinting at luigi's involvement?

3DS localization annoucements of SMT Deep Strange Journey, Radiant Historia Redux, Dragon Quest XI?

Virtual Console details finally?

I'd like to have fairly realistic expectations for this. We arent gonna get any switch pokemon details, probably not a big game like animal crossing switch getting announced, or anything metroid prime related (unless it's for an HD collection of them).

Considering that they're using the same logo and font of April's Direct, it will most likely be headlines again.
Yep. Just like the Indies Showcase follows the same format. I think the April Direct will be the standard for the Nintendo Directs. 45 minutes of back to back! Insane!

That'd be nice, but it's Capcom, so I won't get my hopes up. Love Mike Mika though, so I hope his team has something coming.

My reasonable expectations:

- Details on XBC 2 with a release date in 2017.
- More details on Super Mario Odyssey including new never before seen Worlds
- Release date of Skyrim this year in 2017.
- More info on exclusive content for Rocket League
- Nintendo reveals achievement system, details online pay service.
- Fallout 4 revealed, Switch Edition
- LA Noire info detailed. Only first of support from Rockstar including GTA V and port of RDR
- Ubisoft unveils that BG&E2 is indeed a Switch Exclusive. Yves Guillemot video of him playfully palling around on Reggie piggy-back style.
- Super Smash Bros Switch revealed with over 70 characters including Snake, Ice Climbers, Wolf, Inkling, Travis Touchdown, Goku, Hatsune Miku, all the Rare characters, Q-Bert, Dirk the Daring General Custer to name a few.
- Square shows off more of Project Octopath traveler, releases full name. Reveals that Takahashi has acquired rights to Xenogears and giddyup, here comes the XG Episode 1 made by Monolithsoft.
- Platinum reveals Wonderful 101, Bayonetta 1+2, and Bayonetta 3 exclusively for Switch. Reveals Vanquish and MGS Rising ports. Reveal at the end of their segment that Nintendo has bought Platinum outright. They are making Scalebound, but due to MS owning rights to name, is now called Bound by Scale. Reveals that the main character Drew’s dragon is now named PhiSpencer but the dragon basically spends the whole game trying to knock Drew off his perch.
- Square comes back out, cancels PS4 version of FF7: RE and KH III. Now exclusive to Switch including a brand new FF6 remake and Chrono Break.
- EA revealing full support with their entire lineup. Vague in their description, but says that “everything is now Nintendo.”
- Valve comes out. Says Portal 3, Half Life 3, and L4D3 were always in development. Just for Switch. Because fuck everyone else.
- Capcom time: Video cuts to Kenzo Tsujimoto CEO of Capcom in front of a 40 foot gold plated statue of Hiroshi Yamauchi as he begs for forgiveness and to make recompense for his skepticism of the Switch. Redoubles effort with Monster Hunter, Deep Down, Megaman, DMC and Okami exclusively for Switch. Last shot is a knife being dropped next to a kneeling Tsujimoto. His fate is left unclear.
- New F-Zero game for Switch announced.

Also, the lines says "what's headed" not "games headed". So maybe we'll hear about services like Netflix for switch and such. Maybe.

It's not even the end of the Switch's first year, an enhanced port is entirely possible.

Maybe if we haven't seen anything by next year, then we can start expecting Smash 5 instead. But I'd rather it just be a port because I don't want Sakurai to work himself to death and waste that eternal youth.

You want an enhanced port of a three year old game? What have they done in these three years? Surely more than just working on an enhanced port. I refuse to believe that they're not working on a new project.

Lots of people will be disappointed when they reveal the XC2 date :(

The stances are so weird about XB2. Someone in this thread said it's still slated for 2017, then some people teased about it being 2018 (delayed). I'm okay with it being delayed, at long the game is going to be so good.

Fire Emblem certainly strikes me as more likely than MP4 or Pokemon related, although I imagine there will be at least some 2018 stuff shown.

While I'm positive Sakurai's working on a new project, I really doubt it's Smash 5. I don't expect to see that for a long time yet.

really hope they talk about their paid online service and classic game details. But I've come to take these things at face value and assume this won't be talked about at all.

Super Smash Bros. Wii U/3DS ended development in February 2016. Thats not 3 years ago. Also, who is "they"? There is no super smash bros. team, we don't know for sure who is even making the next one.
