No need to make same class alts for D2. Leveling up is far easier than D1. Just keep doing shit and milestones and you'll climb no matter what. Even when I was just doing pub events, I kept getting gear that went up 1 PL at a time.

A lot of weapons are viable, but yea, I'd say not using MIDA is gimping yourself.

Yup. I hit 265 just before reset, all just having fun.

The only GUIDE NOTE I would definitely follow is focus on the Legendaries you get with +5 Mods and/or use any +5 Mods you get in the wild strategically.

That said I still have two +5 Mods in my inventory so you don't even need to fiddle with them at every opportunity to hit 265.

There is an alternate dialogue that states that Rasputin is the only Warmind, but following the collapse a lot of his outermost systems were fragmented and cut off from the main one. The "Warmind" on Io is still Rasputin, but it's a busted version of him.

Mida isn't very good for pve. So for pve yeah. The gun can shoot through Cabal shields, is full auto, and does extra damage to Cabal. I wanted it for the raid mostly. Having it land on 301 is a bonus.

Mida is top dog tho in pvp currently.

I didn't save my tokens, or engrams, or weapons for the end game. Was just dismantling and decrypting everything from the start.

Does this means that I'll just have to do a lot more grinding now that I've beaten the game and am around power 260?

Haven't really done any of the side stuff or chests or anything other than a ton of public events.

Raid comes out tomorrow and you're already at the level to do it. I think you'll be fine and gain plenty of levels through that.

You'll be fine. I also decrypt & dismantle stuff as I get them and I hit 270 pretty easily

Plus it's more fun to open presents as you get them no?

One of my friends complained about not having to upgrade weapons and how fast he unlocked all sub classes.

I'm loving it. Spending my time doing stuff that's actually fun.

My last 3 exotics engrams in a row have been these boots. I always run them but it would be nice to get something else. So far the hunter exotic gear hasn't been that great.

Agree with this. Hopefully it stays like that. So when life takes over and you can't play for a while, its easy enough to hop back in and grind your way to where you need to be.

I'm a little annoyed at Bungie.

There was a period in D1 where everyone was using MIDA and I couldn't stand it. So what happens in D2? They bring the gun back and it's immediately top dog in the Crucible again.

I haven't been killed by any Mida players in PVP. I killed them in 1v1 duels with my Vigilance Wing most of the time. I dunno, I don't find Mida much of a threat atm.

They really need to come up with better clan rewards for larger clans. The reset just happened a few hours ago and we are already have over 57k clan xp out of 125k max for the week. This is even before the EU and NA crews really hit the trail....


C'mon Bungie, I know you want to give incentive to the smaller clans, but give the big guys some bonuses as well and additional stuff to work for; we be killin' it!
