Toonami |SepOct17| 1 + 1 = YEAH!

It does. The episode isn't really defensible. However "fuck this show forever!" is a pretty dramatic overreaction :/
Agreed. I mean, stuff like Eromanga Sensei exists where the focus is SO much more sexual.

I'm not gonna defend it & I can see why this episode wasn't liked, but this is nothing compared to other anime/manga.

i think
kid polnareff dick is gonna be censored

still probably the worst moment of the series, though
It will, considering
they censored Mako's younger brother when he was naked in Kill la Kill

Part 3 is not perfect. The first half is a lot of Araki figuring out how the arc will work.

Also, the little girl character is gonna dissapear pretty soon

Don't give up on part 3. It has some issues, but it has some of the highest highs of the series.

The final stretch is good, but a lot of Part 3's issues is both how fillery it can get and the disproportionate amount of focus some of the members of the team gets.

Part 4 really does do the Stand of the Week aspect a lot better.

Yea, but Black Lagoon was a far darker show. It prepped us for that shit, to a certain extent.

SAO we literally made fun of the entire way through because of how dumb it was.

Seeing it in JoJo, it just felt weird.

Jojo is a pretty dark series. It's hammy, but really dark and fabulous.

I'm not saying it was good, but just be aware that Jojo.Part 3 is fairly inconsistent. Just stick with it. It's super worth it

Part of me hopes that Crunchyroll gets an uncensored Part 5 when that happens. It's fucking brutal.

Fun fact, Touka ain't getting there any episode soon.

I found the young girl nudity less surprising than the fact she looked a bit shapelier once they decided they wanted to show her that way. Almost like they were trying to pretend she was older, but not really? This isn't... THAT much weirder than all the nudity in Shin Chan or early Dragonball..

At any rate, I think the idea of an animal with an incredibly huge, powerful stand that actually manifest to even non stand-users was actually kinda mindblowing when I first saw it. It helped say "Nothing about this is predictable, and everything is over the top!", so I don't really hate this episode. But it does feel way looser than the real, solid stuff that comes up later.

Who at Pierrot thought this was a good idea?
Probably the same guy that thought up half the Naruto filler.

(JoJo Part 4)
I can already tell what the reactions for THAT bath scene in Part 4 will be like.

That's a different circumstance. I think people will be a bit more scared for a different reason. But clearly I don't know GAF

You make it sound like Jojo is lighthearted. Remember when Dio raped Jojo's girlfriend and threw his dog in a furnace?

Yeaaaah but... Polnareff is goofy!

Yeah it's a bit silly to expect Jojo to be lighthearted. It has it's moments but overall it can be a pretty dark show

"now die!"

"no, u!"

brilliant writing, guys. as good as "eat this!" "neeeevvvvvveeeeeerrrrrr"

Also SHE'S the only one to hear all this ruckus going on??
