The following was found at TGS, while the game it's teasing isn't announced that's very much Umihara's silhouette, and the bottom text says that the next title is currently planned for the Switch.

That was because the devs were in pretty big trouble when they made it, so they thought that they'd never be able to make another one.

They're in a MUCH better place now.

I've tried these games a bunch of times and I still can't wrap my head around playing them. They're fun to watch played well though, so I'm glad more of it is being made.

Edit: Of course there still things you can abuse outside of it simulating physical laws regarding bugs and glitches but that's if you are really really in-depth in this game.
