Seeing a lot of you this frantic trying to grab a SNES Classic makes me kinda happy I don't really have nostalgia or desire for the SNES.

Because man nintendo stock is super frustrating compared to its usual demand.
 
Ehhhh, I was considering getting a SNES mini but only to re-sell. It seems like given this increased stock, there won't be much money to be made there. Probably not worth the hassle.

Also glad you're not getting one. People like you make it difficult for the rest of us who are buying these to game on.
 
Best Buy already preparing for shipment, delivering on Monday :)

Also have one coming over from Europe, just waiting for my parents to mail it
 
Almost cracked to buy a SNES classic on Amazon.

I already have all those games physically, except Star Fox 2 and Punch Out...but the thing looks so awesome!

Blame the retailers/Nintendo. I'd only get 1 to re-sell but if someone grabs 5+ and makes a huge profit... I say good for them. You gotta look out for yourself and this is the "RFD-like" environment Nintendo creates. At least it seems like they did a better job this time compared the NES.
 
Does Walmart.ca only have a robot call line? I can't get a human to talk too at all.

Seriously fucking frustrating.
 
Got another one from Amazon. Thanks. I got it for a co-worker who doesn't keep up with gaming but he plays older games and his Vita all the time. I figured, after I pick my preorder from EB and bring it to work, he won't have luck finding one once he see mine.

Not for me; I'm keeping only one. Giving the rest to 2 of my friends who tried ordering it right now but couldn't. I love the UK design so I'll probably keep that one, I'll play with my EB copy that I have in hand and give it to my brother in law, and I'm changing shipping address to the one I just placed on Best Buy to my friend's.

Not everyone is a scalper. ;)

Same here. Have two locked in. Second is just to offer to my network of close friends who may have missed it.

Thanks man, I think I got that one. Should make for a nice profit along with the 7 others I bought to re-sell.

I was really late and me and my cousin just barely got one. lol
For all I know you could have been responsible for one of us getting ours. So I humbly thank u sir/madam
 
Went to London Drugs a few minutes before they opened - was not surprised to see a line. However, they had things reasonably organized and I somehow ended up with a card with number 12 on it.

Got the last unit, and a bunch of stink-eyes from people who arrived after. These things seem hard enough to get that I half expected to get mugged on the way to my car.
