I award that to you, you stupid elite captain that runs around on Titan in Destiny 2, sprinting backwards at 20mph while constantly firing a shotgun directly in my face. Simple: Since I play Battle Spot Singles, that means they can use the Moody ability, an annoying ass ability that gives it +2 a stat, -1 a stat per turn.
If this thing gets +2 Speed or +2 Evasion, you're in for a hell of a time, since they can stall for more boosts by using Substitute + Protect.
Don't even think about setting up Calm Mind, because not only does this thing get Frost Breath (though personally, I prefer Freeze-Dry), it also gets Sheer Cold to just OHKO your ass 30% of the time!
Hell, some of them even run Earthquake over Sheer Cold, so Ice-types aren't a safe answer either. Sometimes, I run Focus Sash Chandelure (who has Infilitrator so it can hit through Substitutes) just for this asshole, but the mentioned Earthquake + evasion boosts can still screw that over too.
Hopefully, Gen 8 on the Switch nerfs Moody x_x
