yes, he absorbed the genki dama, it gave him energy to fight . It did NOT power him up. It recharged him like a battery, giving energy to fight.the aura is probably due to the genki dama,
and is not related to the form. Whis explicitly stated that the genki dama only facilitated the power up, and that the newfound strength/ability came from Goku breaking through the shell of his potential, reaching new heights.

This. I thought his red god form was fine, SSJB is garbage though. This new form is pretty cool because of the aura and his focus, his eyes are also intense looking.

I'm sorry, watching her is terrible. She looks and fights like a reject from Salior Moon. Its like if a character from Salior Moon met a power puff girl.
People might not like majin buu, but he fits in the dbz verse quite well because of his nature and his back story makes sense as to why he is the way he is. Plus his first fight against Majin Vegeta was 100xs better than anything Ribrianne has done.

That's the whole point of the character....it's a "joke universe". My gosh they even had that "transformation pose" with 17 blasting them and they all getting all mad.

Ribranne is this weird filler character who gets into a lot of fights but hasn't ever finished one. Like, have "x fight ribranne while actual important stuff happens" must be part of their episode planning notes alot. So many of her lines and animation is reused (I'm aware why) and it feels like they got to "fat girls are funny" and didn't advance the joke or character much beyond her first transformation scene.
Its like she's the embodiment of wasting time: literal padding. All that said, she's pretty inoffensive as far as DBS gripes go. Everything about the Universe 6 characters is magnitudes worse.

All I ever hear is they don't like how skinny they are, why is this one a Broly clone (despite no longer being a Broly clone), tingly backs = Super Saiyan, wtf is going on, etc. etc.

Majin Boo turned people into chocolates; and when it turned Vegitto into a chocolate, it was somehow a chocolate that could fight back. At least Ribrianne isn't expecting to be taken seriously as an antagonist.
Anyway, Hit is treated surprisingly well this arc considering Goku has kind of an overload of rivals with him, Frieza, Vegeta and Jiren.

That would help people understand why U6 saiyans can get into SSJ stuff so easy. People still don't get Cabba is as strong as base Vegeta and Caulifla is even stronger.
That Episode were we saw Hit working in Universe 6 was certainly cool
Exploring U6 after they wish it back with the super dbs could be the next arc, and that's fine. Just uh... Not with half of those characters. They can be banned from existence.

In about 2-3 weeks there is supposed to be an episode with a Cabba focus (all the U6 Sayians are getting featured in upcoming episodes). Maybe he redeems himself then
Which isn't to say there aren't legit criticisms you can throw at these characters but........yeah........its not a good pattern.......
The reaction from a part of the fanbase to Caulifla slapping away Goku's hand was pretty fucked. I've never seen Vegeta or any other male character get that sort of hate in response to their arrogance before.

I'm not saying disliking Kale and Caulifla means your sexist. But a disturbingly high amount of the hate I see(not here usually mind you) tends to use less then polite language.

I get that shed a joke character, it was very obvious when all three of them transformed, but devoting half of the first episode to her was a waste of time. She might be a joke, but that doesn't mean we need to see her fight every other episode.

Extremely unlikely right now, even as DLC. Even Ribrianne got a higher chance of making it in. Also, it's clearly gonna show up again in the current arc, so like, it's best to wait for the potential moveset to be further fleshed out anyhow
