Yeah, Drew really got serious once he got out of WWE and worked around the way. Which is great, too. Drew's a much better wrassler for it and his physique is a marked improvement.
It's a good reason to want to improve yourself. But at the same time, Drew was saddled with some real shitty stuff at the time.

I honestly don't understand how Drew has lasted this long in NXT. I can't believe Vince hasn't snatched him up yet.
Neville is among the top workers in 2017 and continues to put on great matches, so not sure why he would need to rebuild his name.
From everything I've read and heard from him Neville has always been a guy that comes off as being too tough on himself so this really doesn't surprise me at all. He's also very ambitious and not someone that would be satisfied with just being there and getting a paycheck.
He's a good guy.
