While definitely not the norm, again you have to differentiate the street walker from the call girl. There are more well off men who are considered attractive who use the services of an escort just because you can pick your flavor, your wrapping paper and the cherry on top and then walk away spent and relieved with no strings or stress. Many are even happily married just not getting the physical bits that they need. They go out, take care of the physical and go back home for the emotional. Where as without such an outlet there could be more inclination to leave a relationship where everything else is healthy and working except for the physical.
