I liked F8 more than I thought I would. Losing Paul Walker hurt my interest in this series a shit ton. Brian WAS The Fast and the Furious to me. I kinda hate they're putting John Cena in this one. I liked The Rock because I enjoyed him in WWE. I always hated Cena in WWE, so I doubt I'll take to him being a part of this movie. The only two other characters I liked in this franchise besides Brian were Han (who they killed off), Shaun (won't bring him back for whatever stupid ass reason), and Shaw. Shaw isn't in this one since he just featured in the Hobbs & Shaw movie, so fuck it. This is likely going to be a god damn shitfest.

Man, no rock and stathem? Hobbs and Shaw sucked ass but they were part of the vibe. Cena just comes off as cringe to me, I somehow "buy into" diesel and his stunt and feats but Cena no. Han coming back is a mistake. It's missing something.

At first I wasn't really feeling the story... Dom having a brother seems really random. Then I saw that HAN IS BACK AND HE'S DRIVING A SUPRA. DAY ONE!
I'm also glad to see Jordana Brewster back in the action. Also just noticed that his supra has that same paint/style that the rx-7 did in Tokyo Drift.

That looked awesome. I didn't know how Cena could fit into this series, but having him as Dom's younger brother is perfect. Bringing Mia back is cool, but is Brian babysitting while she has all the fun? Lol. Finally, I am stoked as fuck to see my man Han back from the dead. I always loved that guy. I am definitely going to see this in theaters and the last one I saw in theaters was 2 Fast 2 Furious in 2003.

On the other hand, not sure how I feel about Han returning unless it turns out he's a clone or something.
The off-road chase looks awesome and the Tarzan car stunt looks a little ridiculous but overall it looks like the usual modern Fast & Furious movie so it should be fun to watch.

I've actually never seen a Fast movie. Not one. I keep hoping to marathon run through the series at some point but never get around to it.
