Theres no bias from the mods..alot of people get banned. Micro fanboys just tend to get a lil chippy and create more alternate accounts

I had unjust action taken against me the other day. Also the mass paranoia that everyone is a fake account has to go. I've got a warning on my account that says I'm highly suspect to be Timdog. There's bias right off the bat, everyone that is pro Xbox must be the enemy. Can always ban them and call them a dupe account.

Now I understand that you guys have said that someone is creating a ton of fake accounts today. If so that's a different situation. But everyone needs to chill, Sony fanboys here are VILE and mods simply don't take action against them.


back onto a positive note, enjoy the console reveal and change the topic to Playstation. You guys bring playstation into every Xbox thread and you bring Xbox into every playstation thread.

Why wouldn't this forum have a natural PlayStation bias? After all there's more than double the number of PS4s than XBOs and Sony have built up a fanbase through 25 years and four generations of bringing the games and selling half a billion consoles.

Sure they're not perfect, they've made missteps and occasionally have shitty practices but in the end of the day they've built up a lot of goodwill in their community because they deliver.

Xbox have made a lot of good moves lately but IMO are still paying the price for inconsistent delivery over their three generations. They haven't built up the same level of goodwill that Sony have with their customer base. I didn't buy an XBO because MS didnt really bring me interesting games in the second half of the 360 generation, despite the first half being absolutely awesome, and that's after dropping the OG Xbox like a hot potato.

I'm not anti-Xbox but I have a preference for PlayStation because of the above. I'm not alone. I'm absolutely open to a Series X as my second console but they've got to bring the games, consistently, before I would switch my first preference.

I agree with a lot of this except the three gens of inconsistency.

I think it's more that they lost practically all their good will built up towards gamers prior to the launch of xb1 with their terrible marketing and mixed messaging on online services. They looked super anti consumer to much of their fan base and the competition piggybacked off of that idea. Not to mention the Kinnect add on I think micro would have had a healthier start, then again I think though looking at the moves they are attempting to make this green it was a lesson hard learned and kinda glad it happened.

I dunno why but I feel ps5 is more expensive than series x, something around 50 to 100 us dollar.

And I know cheaper price for Sony is something like signature for they work but my sixth sense tell me it's not a regular console like ps4.

Good lord. Do you not understand what Microsoft has done for the industry?

- Achievements. First one to do achievements, brilliant innovation. Achievements give games lasting value to many people and also sold many games (I won't lie I have bought games just for the achievement points)
- Hard drive standard (except for a small percentage of 360 Core machines)
- Xbox Live. Seriously, the gold standard for online gaming. So many innovations - friends list, party chat, Xbox Live Arcade/Store, great matchamking, etc. etc. Compare it to the PS2's online! Now online gaming is probably the biggest part of gaming now, and Microsoft is the one that really pushed for it by including ONLY broadband for the Xbox instead of dialup (Sega's huge mistake)
-Halo. Halo was groundbreaking and super popular. Pretty much paved the way for the FPS generation. Even if you don't like it or its influence, you can't deny the facts. Some say Goldeneye was the game that did this but I think it was Halo 2 when the FPS era really took off. Not to mention Halo is the first $350 game ever (what I mean is most people bought an Xbox just to play Halo, the Halo box)
- It also helped promote WRPGs on consoles, which are now also a huge genre and bigger than JRPGs now
- Then there are other little innovations (albeit inevitable ones) like the guide button, dashboard, Kinect, etc. etc.

Like I get that you very clearly are a fanboy and hate Microsoft but jesus christ to state they have no business in the industry is just idiotic.
