The alternate pre-release cut is actually kinda good but I think it's only available on the 3-disc "Imperial Edition". Def the version to watch if you have the option though.

It was unrated blueray, 2 hours 36 min of I don't fucking know what but it was interesting if not fucking weird. The bj cumshot sticks out.

The most amazing part about this movie is that it doesn't even capture half of what Caligula did or who he was.
It is not the greatest movie but it is one of few that truly captures those kind of sick people.
Without movies like these just numbers and stories are not enough to "see".
I still wait for proper war movie that doesn't obfuscate actual war.
