I think it's a close one. I asked a handful of friends of mine and all but one said John Wick. Possibly because of recency bias. But don't forget, Jason Bourne has killed elite special trained operates much like himself with: a pen, a magazine, and a towel. I think John Wick might have the edge in weapon use, but Jason Bourne to me is unquestionably better in hand to hand combat. Jason Bourne also has really cool improvisation tactics, being able to outmaneuver and escape entire police forces in other countries and other assassins.

John Wick is a badass, but I think I'm giving Bourne the edge.

Bourne. I'm partial to Wick, but realistically Bourne would win. He would constantly be a step ahead (or more) of Wick. John would probably have an edge in terms of guns, but that's about it unless you count him being fueled (but directed towards specific people) by rage a plus. Bourne is a machine, like Tess said, and would have no issues taking out Wick.

Almost all the people Wick kills just stand around or run straight into a gunshot to the head. They're like enemies in a game with the AI set to minus-500. Wick is the dynasty warriors of movies.
