What is the status of your next-gen pre-order?

Not sure when they will go sale on 11/12 but local Target has 30 PS5s in stock. Will try and secure one as back up .
 
Another morning with no update on XSX from Amazon. Just sitting there at order received. Weird cause I got it in within 20 seconds of wario64 posting the working link on twitter. Ah well, it is what it is, it'll get here when it gets here...would just be nice to have a date, even if its a late one.

So stores WILL be receiving some physical stock for launch? I mean, I figured they would, but it was sounding like that wouldn't be the case across the board from the numerous updates this past week.

I think you have to order from the Target app and select your store for pickup.
 
I still haven't seen any movement from Walmart for my ps5. Getting nervous.

Have series x people even seen movement from Walmart?

Yeah, my PS5 order is progressing on point from Walmart, but I'm stuck at the "We'll let you know" crapola from Amazon on my series X
 
I just got the preparing order this morning. It wasn't like that yesterday. I have a feeling Amazon is gonna drop the ball on the Series X though. :messenger_loudly_crying:

Its just unreal how bad this seems to be being handled by almost all the retailers. (except bestbuy but they were the ones with the worst website issues)
 
Just read on Wal-Mart Canada's Twitter that they are aiming to have ALL console preorders sent out to arrive on launch day.
 
My PS Direct order is still preparing to ship. I do hope it will arrive on launch day, but my accessories they sent arrived much later than other's it seems. We've had some snow here and it slowed down some other deliveries at least a couple days. Just hoping to maximize my time off and get stuck in, but I'll survive on my backlog and other titles.

I'm in the same boat. I'm considering trying to secure one on launch day, and just cancel the amazon order if they don't come through. I wouldn't really mind waiting but the fact that they can't give me a date, even a later one makes me want to go elsewhere.
 
Does anybody have a date from Amazon yet for the Xbox Series X? Fuck.. its close and Cold War should arrive on Friday.
 
My Xbox Series X preorder with Amazon.de will probably ship tomorrow and is still scheduled to arrive on time on Tuesday. My PS5 preorder with Alternate.de will probably arrive on 11/20 as they don´t bother to ship items a day early to make shure they arrive at launch day. That doesn't bother me too much though as i was lucky to place a preorder there almost 15 hours after the PS5 preorder-desaster began.
So, everything is still pretty much on track for me. I whish timely delivery to everyone of you, have fun with the next-gen device of your choice! :messenger_grinning:
 
So if my Amazon Series X pre order is still not showing a date, it pretty much means I won't get it on Nov 10th?
 
It's amazing that it seems ok legally to accept preorders and take money and then cancel at the last minute. Yes, you get money back but all that happens is, 'Sony/ MS reduced allocation' . That shouldn't fly legally.

Neither of my Target or Best Buy preorders are showing anything. I did my preorders almost instantly on 9/22 when the Series X went live. I'd hope I'd get at least one of them on launch day.

I would like to tell you that the delivery date was changed because the item has not yet released by the manufacturer on our website and there are too many orders being placed.

Okay, is this date certain? Or could it change again? I know it may seem silly but I took time off on the 10th, so I'm just wanting to confirm if the 12th is for sure?

To make the inventory complete the release date has been changed for the Xbox.

Okay that is fine, so there is no chance of it getting to me on the 10th but should for sure come on the 12th?

My target order for the Xbox Series X updated to Monday Nov 16. Ugh. Hope Amazon delivers on Tuesday it says now.
Still no update on the PS5 ugh
 
XBSX dispatched from Very. UK. To be put away until Xmas day.
PS5 scheduled in release date UK.
Again to be put away for Xmas. Gonna be a long 7 weeks this.....
 
Gamestop PS5 is now preparing for shipment. Although it says estimated delivery date is 11/15 which would be a sunday? I didn't have an option to change shipping just got free shipping was all i could choose. Hope it gets here Thursday/Friday. I live close enough to their HQ that if it ships from there I shouldn't have any problem getting it the same day.
 
Best buy just called me scheduled for pickup 10:30 launch day.. So I can pick up in store accessories..
Amazon will come at some point on the 12 th..
 
I had one of those GameStop bundles that "ship by 11/30"

Just got the notification that they're preparing the order now, expected arrival 11/15.
