Walmart just shipped my Series X via FedEx. I got a delayed message last week but it still said it would deliver by the 12th. The FedEx tracking says it will be delivered by the 16th. Luckily, Amazon has the date for the Series X I ordered from them as being delivered tomorrow.

My Walmart Series X was saying "preparing to ship" up until this morning. But now it says it shipped Saturday and is 10 miles away at the fed ex facility. Assume I'll get it tonight or tomorrow.

Now, if you create a FedEx account, you should be able to confirm the proper status before even their site updates status.
I've been watching the XBOX Series X Target Pre orders. Seems they started processing stuff within the last several hours and shipping via FedEx, arriving for some one day after launch. If PS5 follows suit, they would ship around now on the 11th and arrive sometime on the 13th. That's hopeful for those of us in the Target PS5 boat.

Walmart must have a ton of deliveries. I got an email saying my order was delayed, but it was using a different person's first name. Chat says it was a glitch!

Well shit, just got this email from amazon. Brightside should get it this year (hopefully) but still going to try my luck online tomorrow.

Xbox reddit is full of people with no update at all on their amazon preorders, with Customer Service telling them everything from "We will ship it to you once we get it" to estimated delivery times ranging from a week to early next year. Amazon clearly dropped the ball here.
Time to start looking at which stores will have them available to order to pick up tomorrow. I've heard Microcenters are getting them in for in-store purchase only and heavily considering going there super early and waiting.

That sucks. Amazon dropped the ball this launch after really smooth PS4 preorders last time around. The preorders didn't go up at the right time and now this.

Who's the outlet? It's not uncommon that a pending charge posts, albeit it's nothing more than a test by the retailer and serves as a hold against your credit limit without an actual transaction occurring.
Received my email, best part is it's literally sitting in the warehouse about 10 miles away and awaiting the scheduled delivery date. Now I gotta figure out how to coax them into giving it to me early....

Sony direct itself . that's what the bank said to . Thing that's confusing me a bit is that Sony said they would charge when shipped, it shipped last week and is just sitting in NJ so I'm like umm..well when?

From my understanding .. Sony Direct shipments through FedEx are Future Shipment, but should arrive on launch date.

Payed GAME a tenner for postage on my XBSX preorder and it won't arrive until Wednesday. Argos were two days late on my Quest 2 preorder and they have my PS5 so I'm not holding out much hope to get that on the UK release date.

This is true. Future shipment for the 12th. Mine shipped Friday but has been sitting in New Jersey since then. I expect it will move tomorrow night and be at my local facility on Wednesday, and on a truck Thursday morning. I will update on this thread when I see movement.

Wife said my Series X showed up at the house, i'll be home in like 2 hours. Interesting shit is the Fedex label from Microsoft said hold until 11/10, yet they still dropped it off today and I aint complaining
PS5 is paid off and waiting Thursday morning @ 10am for the pick up at my gamestop thats down the street..wish they would let us grab it early since i already have sack boy, demon souls, and spiderman preordered.
The other 2 PS5's and extra Series X we got for my brother in law, and my older brother @ Amazon are coming this week too, with the Xbox Series X already charged and shipped. Guessing the Amazon PS5 will charge tuesday or wednesday
