yes. it's arriving Friday and arrived in KY .. ugh this day is still early, how long can it take to get to from KY to my house so it can deliver tomorrow? any chance this can update and come tomorrow? it's an 8 hours drive, this is BS!

Am I the only Wave1 Amazon person here that still has a Series X being delivered by Dec 31 status?

Btw, for those who haven't yet preordered Xbox and have Costco memberships I may have found a way to save money. You can buy $100 Xbox gift cards for 89.99 at Costco. You can use these on the Microsoft xbox store to buy games. But I saw those funds as a purchase option when I preordered the Series X yesterday. I believe this means you can effectively save $50 using this method. I wonder if this would work for PS5 too?
 
Got the series x today. Had to wait till I got in from work to set it up. Had a look through the retro stuff on game pass. Amazing. My daughter has blagged the controller to play Roblox .........

Seems like most people who have the PS5 with Walmart are still showing delivery tomorrow, but it's still in "preparing to ship" status. Walmart chat saying delivery Friday. Some people able to find their FedEx shipping slips by making an account at the FedEx website. Some showing tomorrow, some showing Friday.

im still on hold as well, as is my buddy who also preordered wave 1. garbage tier.

walmart looks to be delivering mine on saturday. website still says the 12th, but fedex app says the 14th.
 
Amazon emailed me and added £10 to my account as the Xbox is late. But as it's going to be 2 days late, I phoned them up and politely complained so they added another £10 to my account. So although my XSX won't be here till tomorrow, at least I have £20 I can put towards a game/peripheral!
 
Mine that got sent out yesterday was Walmart Canada wave 2.
Sept 25th was the order date.
I sure didn't get much done at work that morning. :messenger_grinning_squinting:
 
Today I got a mail with information that the PS5 version of Assassins Creed Valhalla has been sent to me. PS5 isn't released in Europe yet, so I think it's strange that they still ship the games before the actual release of the console.

But more importantly, that game will be in my bookshelf painfully reminding me that I still don't own a PS5 and I can't play it until december.
 
Amazon shipped both my copy of the Ultimate Launch Edition of Spider-Man: Miles Morales and my PS5 today! Going to be here tomorrow. I am so damn excited. I can't freaking wait.

I don't suppose anyone in the UK has a spare Day One PS5 going? In a act of insanity, I cancelled my Day One PS5 Disc Version last week - and now I regret it :(
 
Just got my tracking number on my PS5, scheduled for delivery tomorrow via UPS. Has not shipped yet though. So we will see if it does arrive tomorrow or not.
 
Mine shipped as well from Amazon with tracking # and it's arrived at the UPS facility.
I got my XSX yesterday very late at night (UPS truck surely goes around everywhere in my town it seems... that I was tracking the truck from very early on the day - it was near my house but just going around and around delivering others first.)

Luckily I will be working remotely again tomorrow - so I will do the same. Seeing how fast the Xbox's SSD is filling up (Gamepass right now feels like a buffet..), I think I may just install ones that I haven't played from PS4, and leave the ones I've finished on PS4 for now.

I'd love to post the chat I had with Target CS about my not yet shipped PS5, but it really won't help. LOL. I will say, I'm happy you're getting yours!!
 
Slightly envious of those getting the PS5's tomorrow.

For me, i can go down to GAME from today until the 18th November to pre-pay if i choose to ready for collection on the 19th. Going tomorrow to sort it, and collect Sackboy at the same time. Weird thing with most of the PS5 games (Miles Morales, Sackboy, Demon Souls, CoD etc) and accessories all being released tomorrow (12th) in the EU/UK and it's next week for the console itself.
 
my apologies if this has been asked or better asked elsewhere... Do i have a snowball's chance of grabbing a PS5 on release date via Amazon ?

Yup. Granted mine was delayed a bit, so I'm not sure if it played a factor or not. It could depend on the where the fulfillment center was using. But I have a USPS tracking number and it should be here tomorrow.

amazing. Given that my target Xbox series X arrived today I was pretty sure ps5 would arrive Friday. Seems they are running just one day late.
 
Got the XSX on time (towards end of the day 11/10)

PS5, on the other hand doesn't look like will arrive tomorrow. I have two orders:

it's bugging me out how fedex says my ps5 is arriving friday but walmart still hasn't changed and still says it's coming tomorrow..
