Poligaf has been insane since the election. I only recently just started posting there again. It's been a rollercoaster of absurdity. The sheer volume of people who are so emotionally invested in the topic has been exhausting. The only recourse for me has been to try to lighten the mood with humorous posts, but even then I've had a few crazies come after me in threads trying to get me to admit to some perceived fault or lack of consistent ideology. I hope the rabidity of the posts calm down over the next few months and normalcy returns.

Just wanted to say I'm glad I got to come back to gaf for a couple years at least. It's been my online portal for over 20 years now.
