What word do you overuse? REALLY is one of mine.

I've realized that sometimes when I post, I repeat a word, it's careless and unimaginative and automatic, but it happens. I say REALLY too much and often edit after the fact realizing it. There are other words I do this with, but this may be the worst, any of you good folks find yourself doing something similar?

really?

The kids at my new job say 'literally' a whole lot. I think I say 'alright' in a supportive tone a bit too much, and it's mostly just to move conversations along.

Whenever I am not interested in a conversation, I fane interest by saying "Wow" a lot. If I am bored talking to someone, I basically turn in to Owen Wilson.

I say 'or something' at the end of my sentences way to much. I think it's because I'm unsure what I'm saying or something

the phrase "does that make sense?". I ask it way to often when i'm going over work plans and design meetings. unfortunately I can't seem to make myself stop saying it.

More the absence of words for me. If i am talking in complicated and thoughtful sentences i tend to make thinking breaks every now and then.

Gubbins.

Sub it in for any word that doesn't come to mind immediately. Works like a charm.

I'm not sure about say, but when writing (typing?) I use 'and' to start sentences far, far, far too much.

My secondary school English teacher would have hanged me for it.
