It isn't, right?
No. Trans women don't have a uterus and don't have eggs. If they get the surgery, they just have a cavity in their skin. It's my understanding that it is more like an open wound, requiring lots of care and maintenance. I imagine they could easily bleed from it, making the dunces like the tweeter think they are having a period.
