The only one of these live action adaptations I liked was Snow White & The Huntsman.
Only because K-Stew was pretty in it and it was just kind of a trashy, inoffensive 5/10 adventure romp that didn't try to copy the classic cartoon and instead did its own thing.

Jungle Book and Aladdin are good. The rest are just meh, and Lion King is total shit.

Robert Zemeckis has made some of my favorite movies of all time. He's also made that trio of movies (Polar Express, Beowulf, A Christmas Carol) that were off in an almost creepy uncanny valley. I wonder where this will wind up.

Agreed, though I'd say Mulan's remake also deserves the "shit" rating. Also Cruella was really good though that was a prequel rather than a remake (although the older remake of 101 Dalmatians was pretty good too mainly due to Glenn Close having the time of her life playing Cruella).
