The Snitch teases something God Of War Ragnarok related...

it seems the trailer is uploaded on YouTube, then, since these are his sources.
Oh yeah, I was curious about that. How did we know again Youtube is where gets his sources from?

Edit: nvm - seems he knew the entire length of the FFXVI trailer prior to it dropping.

The reveal is most likely on the 30th of June which is a Thursday. For the record Sony always does their State of Plays on Thursdays. Last State of Play was also on a Thursday when RE4 got revealed with SF6 stuff.

I would NOT be surprised if the announcement for GoW Ragnarok SoP is on Monday or Tuesday and then the reveal on a Thursday next week. Stay tuned.

Also... maybe I have a press release in my email.... or maybe not? The world may never know.

Why would it be a stinger? 🤔
Exactly, was gonna ask the same thing.

Do ppl think that was a stinger for TLoU Remake? After the Spider-Men getting PC ports, aint no telling what comes next. Spider-Man Remastered was the PS5 version. Sony is full steam ahead on PC ports now, only thing unknown is the launch dates of future PC games.

They could announce it as timed but not release it for x years.

If it's day and date they will announce it as such. If not then there's a wait for PC owners but only Sony knows for how long. By then the game should be cheap on consoles which is what happened with GoW and FF7R when the PC versions came out.

October release date.

Or July 10th Ragnarok SOP.

Those are my guesses.

IF this game releases this year it should be a shoe in for GOTY!

It'll still have to contend with Elden Ring which might get a boost because it's multiplatform (not saying that should be a requirement, but some think it was in It Takes Two winning GOTY at TGAs last year).

Could still be a toss-up between those two for GOTY TBH, provided Ragnarok does release this year (high chance it does).

30th June either State of Play for God of War Ragnarok or full Playstation showcase.

Reminds me to add:

October PlayStation Showcase. That's another possibility.

1110 - the 1 flashes 3x, but was shown 4 times.

So 1110 = 11.10 , the 11th of October or the 10th of November

11110 = I dont know could mean 11th of November but i dunno what the 0 means.

Not if there are dozens or hundreds of people will the same level of access.

This one just turned out to be a gaming fan who decided to be a leaker.
But what happens if Sony makes twitch there primary broadcast and YouTube gets it last minute can this person still know in before ?Or does YouTube need what's to come weeks in advance?

I think he's scraping code.

They obviously upload it in advance and make it private to avoid any issues and review it, to make sure it's up to snuff.

It's not like they announce it and have a YouTube video ready to go 5 seconds later.

That's a very impractical scenario. Like videos/shows that are supposed to go live are usually uploaded and scheduled well in advance and scheduled for a specific date and time. This is especially true when you're dealing with multiple partners, so their content is also prepared, lined up, and scheduled accordingly.

These videos will always be uploaded to respective YouTube channels a few days prior. If someone (like the Snitch) is able to view those 'private' videos in advance, they can continue to leak stuff.

P.S. Just realized I didn't really answer your question. If Sony stops uploading videos on YouTube and Snitch only has access to YouTube (assuming he is a YouTube employee), then, yes, they won't be able to know what's coming. Every platform has its own backend that isn't shared across other platforms.

Thank you for the long answer

Not just scraping; he is watching the entire shows before they go live.

e.g., He didn't just leak what's coming in the SOP; he also shared the games in the exact order they were shown.

Another example: Scrapped content would have only revealed TLOU 1 Remake coming on PS5. Neil verbally confirmed the PC port (AFAIK). Snitch knew that as well.

Cross reference for every leak. The more leaks the easier to catch. It's not complicated. Only way I would think it's YouTube is if there is a way to access videos anonymously by employees.

I feel like we might be getting a SOP date today.
The Snitch usually gives us these teases between 24 or 48 hours before they happen. Tomorrow is saturday so it should be today.
