I took mine off a corpse. If you refresh the ban page 5 times in a few seconds, an unclaimed tag from a banned member will be yours. It's a bit like Russian roulette though. Thankfully I didn't get the one about fantastic tuna.

I remrmber some good ones. Maiden Voyage not sure if you have an old screenshot but there was a member called Athena which had a fitting tag. Raffles for those tags...John Neu, tags like his wouldn't fit too many.
