I never understood why people care about more than one HDMI port. I just have a receiver. Hell, even soundbars have pass through. What do you use the multiple ports for?I only have Sony TVs tough guy, but that doesn't mean their TV division doesn't make stupid decisions - i.e. only 2 HDMI 2.1 ports, 2 years to implement VRR, ALLM in software. Those ridiculous humungous magnetic fluid non-detachable speakers they had one year, the tilting A1 OLED, too few dimming zones on their flagship Z-series LED TVs, and now rumored to be a no-show at CES.
Keep calm mate, they'll have their own event, why do you care so much if they show their TVs at CES or at a Football match? It doesn't matter. Most of those were fixed already easy, no TV or product is perfectI only have Sony TVs tough guy, but that doesn't mean their TV division doesn't make stupid decisions - i.e. only 2 HDMI 2.1 ports, 2 years to implement VRR, ALLM in software. That's gonna be the main focusI care most about VR at this point. I have PS5 games like Horizon and ratchet, but am ignoring them in favor of old games on emulators.
i bet tom will be there

Usually Playstation is pretty much absent iat CES, so I'm trying to not get too much hope an interesting game show for this year. However, considering what they revealed last year and that they have a PSVR2 on the Youtube thumbnail, it can't help myself to not hype it lol
Well, it is today. If there is nothing special (high chances of it lol), hopefully a SoP or a showcase focused in PSVR2 is just around the corner.
Hey! I loved that TV, still have it and the picture still looks incredible today and the sound with the wireless amp is perfect... Fucking thing is huge mind and the OS is a snailspace to navigateI only have Sony TVs tough guy, but that doesn't mean their TV division doesn't make stupid decisions - i.e. only 2 HDMI 2.1 ports, 2 years to implement VRR, ALLM in software. one can only hope
Hey now how do you know
PS5 Slim and PS5 Pro.Hey now how do you know
Wonder if we could see the redesigned PS5
This trailer shows "Sony Entertaiment presents" so I'm guessing similar to Bloodborne, Team Ninja is making it but I think the IP owned by Sony.
They are different game and even different timeline, Rise of the Ronin takes place near end of samurai era and when Japan open their boarders to western country. How does it make sense to have this IP and Ghost of Tshumia at the same time?
I'd say there's a slim chance.Any chance of Sony announcing a PS5 Slim in this presentation?

Yeah get some rest and catch up with anything important tomorrow, doubt you miss much honestly10pm here ugh. Me and the lady have COVID so we'll probably be in bed by then.
Team Asobi announces their next game:Finally, AGENT.
Not everyone wants a receiver. Nor should you be forced to buy one because the tv only has 1 HDMI port that supports 2.1, let alone 1 HDMI port in total, as you have said.I never understood why people care about more than one HDMI port. I just have a receiver. Hell, even soundbars have pass through. What do you use the multiple ports for?
Multiple consoles and fiber cable tv.I never understood why people care about more than one HDMI port. I just have a receiver. Hell, even soundbars have pass through. What do you use the multiple ports for?

I still say they shock people and show the new designed PS5The show is starting in 1 hour. Make your predictions.
We're just hoping for some PSVR2 game announcements. They revealed Horizon Call of the Mountain in last year's CES, after all.if peole keep getting disappointed with the E3-like showcases. How are they going to feel about these well-know lame-ass presentations?.
Hmm, they're actually funding and co-developing Rise of the Ronin so it's a fisrt-party title, it's just that they're letting Koei Tecmo keep the ownership of the IP. Nioh was different, Sony published the game OUTSIDE of Japan, similar to how they did with Final Fantasy VII back in the PS1 era.Sony owns the IP to Ghost of Tsushima, they don't own Rise of the Ronin. They're just publishing the game globally, similar to how they published the Nioh games in Japan.
What about Stellar Blade? I think it would be up your alley.I honestly cant think of any first party games from Sony I should be excited about.......maybe Rise of the Ronin? But thats coming in 2024 looooong way off.
Kind of unrelated, but I really hope Sega makes their Saturn games available digitally on PS4/PS5, similar to how they did with Master System and Genesis titles on the Wii Virtual Console.Calling it now- Sony unveils the PS5 Pro. 72 CUs @ 2925 mhz RDNA3, 10 core / 20 thread Zen 3 CPU @ 4.1ghz, 32gb of gddr6x ram, 56x cdrom, 1.65tb Gen 5 pcie ssd with 12gb read and hardware based backwards compatibility with the sega saturn.
I need to see some more of the game and solid release date. What about Stellar Blade? I think it would be up your alley.
